To ensure the comfort and safety of our guests, please abide by the following rules:

Check-In Procedure - Check-in is at 2 pm. - Check out at 12 pm. - Cabins & cottages check-in is at 3 pm. - Cabins & cottages check out at 11 am. - Campsites are assigned. - Please do not change campsites without checking with the reservation desk. - Early check-in and late check-out are subject to fees and availability. - Please check with the reservation desk. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Quiet Time - 11:00 pm-8:00 am. - No excessive noise or public disturbances. - Loud or offensive noises, rowdyism, or ill-mannered conduct. Speed Limit - Speed limit 10 MPH. - Please observe our speed limit to ensure the safety of all our guests. - Remember, children are playing! Weapons - Fireworks and firearms are prohibited! - Including BB, Airsoft, and pellet guns are prohibited on park property. Neighbor - Do not walk or ride through other guest sites. Trash Policy - Dumpsters are for the use of CC-registered guests and are for household-type trash only. - Bulky items and hazardous materials must be properly disposed of off CC property. Campfires - Permitted in fire rings or provided grills only. - Per the Virginia Department of Forestry, campers agree not to transport firewood across state lines or into campgrounds, parks, or forests. Clotheslines - Clotheslines are not permitted. Trees - No nailing, screwing, or permanent attachment to trees is allowed. - Temporary strapping to trees is permitted. - Do not cut or mutilate any trees, dead or alive. Signage - For sale signs are prohibited. - No offensive or vulgar signage or flags. Golf Carts - Privately owned golf carts are subject to the fee upon arrival, must have proof of liability insurance, must have working headlights and taillights, and must display a campground permit. - All golf carts must be operated by a licensed driver. - Must present a valid license. - Rented golf carts from Camp Cardinal require a minimum of 18 years of age to operate. - Golf carts operated by underage or unlicensed drivers or in a reckless and unsafe manner are subject to rental forfeiture or removal from property. - Golf carts may only be parked on your site or designated golf cart parking, and may only drive on roads and designated pathways. - Cannot be taken off the property. Visitors - All visitors are subject to fees and must be registered at the reservation desk upon arrival. - Maximum of 8 people per site, 6 people per cottage, and 4 people per cabin. Watercraft - Privately owned trailered watercraft are subject to the fee upon arrival. - Trailered watercraft may not go to a site and must be parked in designated boat parking. - Boat Ramp and piers are for the use of all registered guests. - No overnight mooring at the piers without CC management approval. - All motorized watercraft(s) must be launched from the boat ramp. - Kayaks, canoes, and other non-motorized may be launched from the Kayak launch. - Do not launch from the campsite(s) or other places on the shoreline. Vehicle Policy - All vehicles must display a campground parking pass. - Unauthorized vehicles are subject to towing at the owner’s expense. - Non-registered motorbikes, go-carts, mopeds, etc. are not permitted. - Vehicle washing is not permitted. Do not park or drive through unoccupied sites. - 2 vehicles permitted per site. - Vehicles must park completely on the site. - If needed, park additional vehicles in the parking area by the reservation desk. Pet Policy - Pets must always be leashed unless inside your RV or in the Bark Park. - Pets may not present a hazard or nuisance to other campers. - Pets may not be left unattended. - Please clean up after your pet. - Doggie Pots are located throughout the campground for your convenience. - Pets are not permitted in the pool area. - Management reserves the right to compel removal of any pet from campground property. Pool and Piers - Children 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult in the Poll area, Kayak launch, or on the piers. - No lifeguards are on duty; swim at your own risk. - Pets and glass containers are not allowed in the pool area. Waterslides - To ride the waterslides in the pool area, children must be 42” tall and able to swim unassisted. - Shoes and floatation devices are not permitted. - Parents may not ride with our catch children at the bottom of the slides. Boat Shack - Kayaks, paddle boats & paddle boards are available, weather & water temperature. - Children 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult when on a boat. - Check kayaks, paddle boats & paddleboards out at the store. Laser Tag - Pets and glass containers are not permitted in the Laser Tag Arena. - Shoes are required for all participants. Alcohol Policy - Per VA state regulations, alcoholic beverages may not be publicly displayed. - Please cover cans or bottles or place them in an unmarked container. - Public intoxication is not permitted. - Underage drinking is a cause for loss of campground privileges and forfeiture of the site without refund. Release of Liability - This Release shall be governed by the laws of the State of Virginia. - I agree that any Claims I may bring against Camp Cardinal RV Resort shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of Gloucester County and the State of Virginia and that no Claims against Camp Cardinal RV Resort shall be brought in any other jurisdiction. - I also agree that if any part of this Release is deemed unenforceable, all remaining parts shall remain in full force and effect. - I agree that Camp Cardinal RV Resort has made no warranties, expressed or implied, to me beyond those, if any, contained in this Release. Facilities and Activities - I, the participant, am using Camp Cardinal RV Resort equipment and participating in activities including, but not limited to, the aquatic facilities at Camp Cardinal, which are at my own risk. - I understand and acknowledge that there are inherent risks involved with the activities, including but not limited to bruises, scrapes, lacerations, burns, sprains, and fractures, as well as other head/brain, face, neck, back/spine, injuries, up to and including drowning and death. - I am also aware that using or participating in the activities requires physical exertion and such exertion on the body may reinjure or aggravate pre-existing physical injuries, conditions, or congenital defects. - I voluntarily assume these risks by initialing and participating in any activities. - I understand and acknowledge that at Camp Cardinal RV Resort, some Activities are self-guided and that I am required to read and understand all posted signage prior to using or participating in any of the Activities. - I understand that Camp Cardinal RV Resort Staff are available to answer any questions I may have regarding Camp Cardinal RV Resort equipment. - If I am unwilling or unable to follow the safety rules for the Activities, understand and acknowledge that at Camp Cardinal RV Resort’s discretion, I may immediately restrict my use of or participation in the Activities and/or require me to leave Camp Cardinal RV Resort premises. - I acknowledge that once I have completed the safety rules briefing, no refund will be made from Camp Cardinal RV Resort. Children Policy - I understand and acknowledge that anyone under the age of 15 must be supervised by a parent or guardian (over the age of 18) while participating in the Aquatic Facilities. - Parent or guardian is responsible for supervising minor child(ren) and making sure they follow all guidelines set forth by this agreement. Damages - I further agree that I am personally liable and responsible for paying Camp Cardinal RV Resorts for any and all damage to Camp Cardinal RV Resorts property that I may cause, whether caused negligently, recklessly, or intentionally, while using or participating in the Activities, including, but not limited to, damage to any Camp Cardinal RV Resort equipment or other Camp Cardinal RV Resort property, any loss of Camp Cardinal RV Resort equipment or loss of use of equipment, any claims for diminution in value of any Camp Cardinal RV Resort equipment, and/or the cost or repair or replacing Camp Cardinal RV Resorts discretion, to bill any such charges or costs directly to my credit card or to my account without further notice to me. - In consideration of the fee paid by me and in full recognition of the inherent risks involved with the activities, which risks that I voluntarily assume, I hereby indemnify, hold harmless, and release camp cardinal RV resorts, its members, agents, employees, officers, directors, owners and/or operators (collectively, camp cardinal rv resorts “staff”), from all injuries, damages, claims, demands, and/or causes of action (collectively, “claims”), for any loss, damage, or injury, including drowning and death, whether sustained by myself, a member of my family or my property however caused, including, but not limited to, fault or negligence (except gross negligence, willful/wanton or intentional conduct, or illegal acts), by camp cardinal RV resorts and/or camp cardinal rv resorts staff in connection, directly or indirectly, with the activities. - This release shall be binding upon me, my heirs, executors, administrators, and/or assigns. Smoking Policy - I understand and acknowledge that Cabins, Cottages, and Family camps are all non-smoking facilities. - A cleaning fee of $250 will be charged to guests if any evidence of smoking is found upon departure. - Including but not limited to smoking paraphernalia and heavy smoke smells left inside of the Cabins and Cottages. Cleanliness - I understand and acknowledge that if a Participant is renting a Cabin or Cottage (further known as lodgings), the Participant is responsible for any excessive cleaning that will need to be done after departure. - Participant is responsible for removal of all personal items from Lodgings including but not limited to, trash, food and clothing items. - Any additional cleanings are subject to a $100 cleaning fee. Photos - I also release Camp Cardinal RV Resort to use any and all photos taken of me or my dependents while at Camp Cardinal RV Resort. - I understand that these photos will be used in future marketing or may be posted to Camp Cardinal RV Resort's website and/or Social Media pages. Campground Disclaimer - In consideration of being allowed to use the facilities and participate in the Aquatic Facilities and other activities provided by Camp Cardinal RV Resort. - The Participant and/or the Participant’s representative (if the Participant is a minor) do hereby agree as follows above.

Refunds be given in accordance with the Cancellation Policy below: Spot2Nite booking fees are non-refundable.

MODERATE If the guest cancels at least 1 week before your check-in day and time, they will receive a full refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience or resort fees). If the guest cancels within the 1 week before check-in, there will be no refund.
