To ensure the comfort and safety of our guests, please abide by the following rules:
All Seasons RV - Kansas, LLC - Rules & Regulations Effective: December 19, 2023 CHECK-IN: 1:00 PM CHECK-OUT: 12:00pm Noon Site assignments are subject to change. Please check in at the office upon arrival, or if after hours, please check the brochure rack by the front door for your brochure with site assignment. LATE CHECK-OUT: Late check-out may be available if requested in advance, and is subject to availability. Guests who remain on their site after their check-out time, without permission, are subject to additional charges. VEHICLES: • Speed limit within the park is 5 mph. For the safety of all, and to keep dust at a minimum, this rule is strictly enforced. • All RV’s must be RVIA certified, in safe operable condition, and are subject to management approval at their sole discretion. • One habitable and two non-habitable vehicles (space permitting) are allowed per site and must be parked completely on the site. Please do not park on the grass or along the roadways. • Extra vehicles may be allowed on a space available basis, subject to management approval. • Working on vehicles is prohibited. • Washing of your camper onsite is allowed with advanced approval of management, but non-habitable vehicles should not be washed onsite. • Anyone operating a motor vehicle must have a valid driver’s license. OCCUPANCY GUIDELINES: • Maximum 6 guests per RV site. • Children under 6 years of age are not included in the maximum guest per site count. • Campsites are assigned by park staff. Please do not change sites without approval from staff. • No sub-let’s without approval of park management. PETS: • Non-aggressive pets are welcome in the campground. • Pets must be kept on a maximum 6-foot leash at all times and under the control of their owner. • Pets may not be left outside unattended. • Guests are responsible to “clean up” after their pet. All pet droppings must be properly disposed of in an outdoor trash receptacle or collection area. • Guests should carry proof of pet’s current vaccinations. • Pets are prohibited in restrooms, laundry, and on the playground. Well-behaved pets may visit the office with their owners, provided they are leashed or held. • Noisy, vicious, or unruly pets are not allowed. Guests who are unable to control their pets must remove them from the premises, or the animal may be taken by local animal control authorities. • The park is not responsible for and will hold accountable pet owner for any injury or damage caused by pet(s). In addition, the owner of the pet that causes injury or damage to others is expected to resolve the issue directly with the injured party. • Please do not feed or keep outside cats. SECURITY: • Management is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged articles. • Keep your valuables and bikes locked up. CODE OF CONDUCT: • Please keep your campsite tidy and litter-free. • Quiet hours are 10pm to 7am. • Parents are responsible for their children’s behavior and compliance with park rules. • Please be courteous to other guests around you and do not walk through other campsites. • Loud, objectionable noise is not allowed at any time. • Profanity, violence, or inconsideration towards other guests and/or park personnel will not be tolerated. • Discharge of firearms or fireworks is prohibited. • Please follow all applicable laws regarding firearms. SITE AMENITIES: • Please report any issues with your site to the Front Desk. • Sewer: All sewer connections must have an airtight seal as required by State & Federal law. • Electric: Plug your RV power cord in firmly with no space between the plug and the chosen receptacle. Turn on the appropriate power breaker after plug has been inserted. Except as marked otherwise, when departing, turn power breaker off before disconnecting your plug from the receptacle. • Water: We recommend the use of a water pressure regulator. • Please bring all trash to the dumpsters located at front of the park. • Wood-burning fire pits are allowed if they are screened. Guest-owned propane fire pits are permitted if they can be safely used at least 10’ away from vehicles and structures. • If you move a picnic table, please return it to its original location. • Please do not use portable grills on the picnic table without protecting the table from heat and food splatter. • Flags: Current nations, states, provenances, sports teams, military, and college affiliations are permitted. No other flags are permitted including political party, confederate flags, or flags containing profanity. • No campaign, ballot, or political signs please. NATURE: • Please do not cut, trim, or otherwise disturb the natural vegetation in and around the park. CANCELLATIONS + REFUND POLICY *See Spot2Nite's Cancellation Policy for all Spot2Nite Reservations RATES No pro-rations. Must pay the full amount at or before check-in to get the corresponding rate. Nightly & Weekly • Discounts: Goodsam or Retired Military 10% on Nightly Reservations Only • Includes: Full hook-up's - electric, water/sewer, WIFI, and use of common amenities Deposit • On reservations of four or more site-nights, we require a deposit equal to one night per site. • Online reservations will bill in full at time of booking. • Any remaining balance after deposit is due on or before your arrival. • See “CANCELLATIONS + REFUND POLICY” section above for details on refundability. Late Fees 5% of the Amount Due if not paid by 3rd day after due date, Additional 5% of the Amount Due if not paid by 10th day after due date. Payment Methods • Credit/Debit Card is preferred • Checks OK for returning reservations (weekly plus, etc) • CashApp ($AllSeasonsRVPark) • Cash not preferred, but accepted in the office during business hours. Please make sure you are given a receipt from our software. Miscellaneous We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any reservation with advance notice. Severe, multiple or repeated rule violations are grounds for removal from the campground. No refunds are given for reservations terminated due to rule violations. Should park management not enforce any provision of these policies, it shall not be deemed a waiver of its rights to enforce against future breaches, and it shall not constitute a modification of these policies

How to read Good Sam Ratings
The three-number rating that accompanies each campground listing in the directory gives readers an at-a-glance assessment of a campground's amenities, cleanliness and environment. All three ratings categories are measured on a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being the best. Less than 1 percent of parks or campgrounds receive the coveted 10 | 10 | 10 rating, which indicates superior facilities that are well maintained, clean, well-appointed restrooms and a highly appealing appearance. Campgrounds are inspected annually by dedicated RVers like you.
Completeness of facilities
The first campground rating evaluates completeness and quality of facilities. In this category we rate interior roads, sites, registration area, hookups, recreation, swimming, security, laundry, store and building maintenance.
Cleanliness of restrooms and showers
The second rating category concerns the cleanliness and physical characteristics of toilets, walls, showers, sinks/counters/mirrors and floor. If a park achieves a full point in each of the above, it receives a star ( ), indicating exceptionally clean restrooms.
Also rated are physical characteristics of restrooms, including interior construction, adequate supplies/odor free, adequate number of facilities, exterior appearance and location in relation to park spaces, and interior appearance.
Visual appeal and environmental quality
This category addresses the park's setting and site layout, function and identification of signage, overall exterior building maintenance, noise, trash disposal, litter and debris around the grounds and sites, and appearance of grounds, sites and entrance area.
