Welcome to the park!
To ensure the comfort and safety of our guests, please abide by the following rules:
Check-in Procedure Registration/Checkout - Check-In Time: 2:00 PM - Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM - We require each guest and visitor to register in the office upon entering the park. No changes of sites without management approval. - All overnight guests must be registered and paid. - Name must be available in case of emergency. - If you wish to stay additional nights you must pay before 11:00 AM. - We cannot guarantee space if you decide to extend your stay. - There is a late checkout charge. - There will be no refunds for early departures. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Rules & Regulations - The following rules and regulations are for all guests of Skyline RV Resort to preserve the park’s facilities and to ensure a pleasant guest experience. - We ask each guest to comply with these rules and regulations in order to create a compatible community in which we can all be proud. Emergencies - Call 911 in any emergency: fire, police, or ambulance. Quiet Hours - 10:00 PM until 8:00 AM are quiet hours. - Please understand that sound travels easily. - We reserve the right to end any gathering that in our judgment disturbs quiet hours. A request to leave will be without a refund. Alcohol or drug impairment - Intoxication, under the influence of alcohol or drugs or improper conduct is not acceptable and will not be tolerated. Children - Guests and visitors with children are welcome. - Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult and supervised. - Please accompany small children to the restrooms. Pets - Up to two pets are allowed, additional pets must be approved by management. Pets must be on a leash and are not to be left unattended. - Any pet left unattended on site and causing a disturbance will be removed by the dog warden, with any fees charged to the pet owner. - Only temporary portable & removable fences approved by the manager are allowed. Pets are not permitted in common areas unless there is a special reason (for example, seeing eye dogs or hearing dogs). - Guests and visitors are responsible for cleaning up after their pets immediately. - Violators are subject to a fine. - All pets must have updated vaccinations. - No aggressive breeds, “exotic pets” or farm animals are permitted. Aggressive breeds include, but are not limited to, Doberman Pinschers, Staffordshire Terriers, Huskies, Rottweilers, Chows, Akitas, Presa Canarios, German Shepherds, Bulldog breeds (including Pit Bulls), Boerboels, Cane Corsos, Wolf-Hybrids, Malamutes, and Bullmastiffs. - If these breeds are brought, you will be asked to leave without a refund. Electric - Electric is metered for all stays 30 days or more. - The use of autotransformers is prohibited in our park. Vehicles/speed limit - The maximum speed limit is 5 MPH. - Vehicles must be operated in a safe, courteous, and cautious manner at all times. - Pedestrians, golf carts, and bicycles have the right of way. - No unlicensed vehicles can be left on sites. - Only two vehicles are allowed per site. - Mini-Bikes and motorcycles may not be driven in the park, except for entering and exiting the park. Vehicle repair and maintenance - Repairing of automobiles, trucks, trailers, RVs, boats, or similar equipment is not permitted in the park. - Oil changes are not allowed, RV washing is permitted upon request. Golf carts - Golf carts are only permitted for seasonal guests - Golf carts must only be operated by those 16 years of age or older, with a valid driver's license. Golf carts' headlights must be on after dark. - Golf carts must be parked at 11:00 P.M. Bicycles - Bicycles may be driven only on the streets, and pedestrians always have the right of way. - Bicycles and golf carts must be equipped with lights after dark. - The use of helmets is required for all cyclists under the age of 14 by New York Law. Pool - The pool will be open when a lifeguard is present. - Pool rules as required by the New York Health Department must be observed. - Do not swim by yourself. No children under 16 years of age will be allowed in the pool without adult supervision (21 Years of age ). - No persons incontinent or children in diapers are permitted in the pool. - Disposable swim pants (“Little Swimmers” by Huggies), permitted for toddlers. Fires - Campfires must be in a fire ring and on stone, not on grass. - Charcoal or propane grills with screens may be used for cooking. Firearms/Fireworks - You have the right to bear arms but not on our property. - No firearms or fireworks are allowed in the park. Laundry - No clotheslines, temporary or permanent, are allowed on sites. Photography - We reserve the right to photograph activities, events, and any person within the park. Open Containers - No alcoholic beverages are allowed while driving golf carts or in the common areas (Pool, Store, Roadwats, Grounds, etc.). Signage - No advertising in windows or on your site is allowed, including RV or camper “for sale” signs. Garbage/sanitation - Trash must be placed in a plastic bag and taken to the dumpster for disposal. Do not leave your trash outside. Sewer hoses - You must have a positive seal around the sewer hose connection to avoid odor. - Absolutely no storing or dumping of hazardous liquids on the ground or in the sewer. Site Maintenance - Please keep your site neat and free of clutter with no inside furniture outside, debris, appliances, coolers, or trash. - Any decks, sunrooms, or other structures must be approved by management and the local code. Boasts and trailers must be places in storage. - All skirting of units must be vinyl and no plastic sheds are allowed. - No pools allowed on sites. - Any tarp must be neutral color, no blue tarps allowed. Planting of shrubs - Do not dig prior to receiving permission from the management. - You will be responsible for any damage to underground utilities. Smoking - Smoking is not permitted in any building or within 25 feet of any building. Right to change - Management reserves the right to change these rules at their discretion without notice. Driver’s License - For use in the normal course of business by a legitimate business or its agents, employees, or contractors, but only—(A) to verify the accuracy of personal information submitted by the individual to the business or its agents, employees, or contractors; and (B) if such information as so submitted is not correct or is no longer correct, to obtain the correct information, but only for the purposes of preventing fraud by, pursuing legal remedies against, or recovering on a debt or security interest against, the individual.

Refunds be given in accordance with the Cancellation Policy below: Spot2Nite booking fees are non-refundable.

The three-number rating that accompanies each campground listing in the directory gives readers an at-a-glance assessment of a campground's amenities, cleanliness and environment. All three ratings categories are measured on a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being the best. Less than 1 percent of parks or campgrounds receive the coveted 10 | 10 | 10 rating, which indicates superior facilities that are well maintained, clean, well-appointed restrooms and a highly appealing appearance. Campgrounds are inspected annually by dedicated RVers like you.
Completeness of facilities
The first campground rating evaluates completeness and quality of facilities. In this category we rate interior roads, sites, registration area, hookups, recreation, swimming, security, laundry, store and building maintenance.
Cleanliness of restrooms and showers
The second rating category concerns the cleanliness and physical characteristics of toilets, walls, showers, sinks/counters/mirrors and floor. If a park achieves a full point in each of the above, it receives a star ( ), indicating exceptionally clean restrooms.
Also rated are physical characteristics of restrooms, including interior construction, adequate supplies/odor free, adequate number of facilities, exterior appearance and location in relation to park spaces, and interior appearance.
Visual appeal and environmental quality
This category addresses the park's setting and site layout, function and identification of signage, overall exterior building maintenance, noise, trash disposal, litter and debris around the grounds and sites, and appearance of grounds, sites and entrance area.
