To ensure the comfort and safety of our guests, please abide by the following rules:
Check-In Procedure
- Check-In: 12:00 pm
- Check-Out: 11 am
- Valid credit card information, in your name, will be held for the reservation duration.
- If booking a reservation on behalf of another guest, that guest will be required to provide a valid credit card (in their name) at check-in.
- Credit cards are held for deposits, fees, or additional amounts owed for policies described herein.
- To secure your Spot2Nite reservation, the reservation amount is collected in full.
- While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement.
Facilities Policy
- Travel Park rates include a dedicated RV site with water/sewer/electric hookups.
- Rates do not include Bath House access.
- Guests who require Bath House access will be charged a daily, weekly, or monthly fee depending on reservation duration.
- Electric space heaters are not allowed at any time in the Travel Park.
- Guests who violate this policy will be required to vacate our property with no refunds.
Allergies Policy
- The Cripple Creek Hospitality House is not responsible for lost/stolen or damaged personal property or allergic reactions including but not limited to detergents, cleaning agents, odors, or food ingredients.
Damage policy
- Vehicle/RV Parking is at your own risk.
- Fees will be assessed commensurate with special requests, damages to rooms/property, or additional cleaning due to extraordinary wear/tear and will be collected from the credit card used to secure the reservation.
- All collection efforts will be exercised for additional fees owed.
Disturbances Policy
- Any guest and/or any person, animal, or contraption associated with a guest reservation who/which causes a disturbance, typically defined as the interruption of a settled and peaceful condition, or anything management determines to be a disturbance to other guests, property or management will be required to vacate the property and forfeiture of any refund eligibility regardless of reservation duration or pre-paid monies.
Park Access Policy
- All guests have a right to privacy in their hotel room and/or travel park site while guest(s) use the hotel room and/or travel park site in a normal, responsible way.
- Hotel staff has the right to enter any hotel room or inspect any travel park site to clean or perform necessary maintenance.
- In addition, hotel staff can enter any hotel room or inspect any travel park site without guest permission if guest(s) is/are suspected of engaging in illegal activities or violating any policies contained herein.
Smoking Policy
- Smoking of any kind in this hotel and its enclosed buildings is prohibited.
- I fully understand and agree my reservation will be subject to a $250 fee, which I furthermore agree will be charged to my credit card used to secure my reservation upon discovery of evidence (including but not limited to tobacco/cannabis/vapor residue or odor) indicating I, anyone in my party or someone visiting me engaged in smoking of any kind in the hotel or its enclosed buildings. All collection efforts will be exercised for fees owed.
- Guests may smoke tobacco/vape outdoors in designated areas.
- Colorado law states that marijuana cannot be smoked "openly and publicly".
Pets Policy
- Apologies, no pets are allowed in the Hotel; however, pets may be allowed in the Travel Park at Hotel’s authorized representative’s complete discretion, subject to restrictions, including, but not limited to the pet being leashed at all times outside of the dog park.
- Dog park rules are posted and your acknowledgment here and signature below indicates agreement with dog park rules and liability when using the dog park.
- If a pet is allowed in the Travel Park, the owner of the pet assumes any and all liability associated with, arising, or resulting from the pet, waives any and all claims for liability against the Hotel Parties (as defined below), and agrees to protect and indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Hotel, its authorized representatives, officers, directors, partners, members, managers, fiduciaries, agents, attorneys and employees (collectively, the “Hotel Parties”) from and against any and all claims, judgments, actions, causes of action, damages, losses, penalties, fines, liabilities, encumbrances, liens, obligations, costs and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys’ fees associated with, arising or resulting from the pet or the pet owner’s action or inaction, imposed upon, incurred by or asserted against any of the Hotel Parties by reason of any claims made.
- In case any action, suit, or proceeding is brought against any of the Hotel Parties arising out of the claims discussed above, the indemnifying party/ies shall individually, jointly, and severally, upon notice from the Hotel Parties, at the indemnifying party’s/ies’ sole cost and expense, defend such Hotel Parties in any such action, suit or proceeding by counsel chosen by the Hotel Parties.
- In the alternative, the Hotel Parties shall retain counsel of their choice and seek reimbursement of costs and expenses, including, but not limited to damages incurred, from the indemnifying party/ies.
- A $10 per instance charge will be assessed if the Cripple Creek Hospitality House & Travel Park (CCHH&TP) is required to dispose of pet waste on the pet owner's behalf.
- In addition, repeated instances of CCHH&TP assuming pet waste disposal on the pet owner's behalf may result in the requirement of the pet owner/guests to vacate the property and forfeit any refund eligibility regardless of reservation duration or pre-paid monies.
Children Policy
- Children are welcome with an accompanying adult.
- Children age 12 and under stay free.
