Welcome to the park!

To ensure the comfort and safety of our guests, please abide by the following rules:

Registration and Arrival Check-In Procedure - Check-in time is 2 pm. - Check-out time is 12pm. - For the check-in process, kindly proceed to our office. - We do not provide refunds or credits for early departures. - Upon arrival, you will receive a welcome page outlining all of the resort policies. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Age Requirement - Must be 18 years of age or older to reserve a site or accommodation. Deposits - All reservation deposits are non-refundable damages + fees. - If damage, missing or stolen items, or excessive cleaning is required, the card on file will be charged accordingly. Campsites - 1 RV or tent per site. - No more than one RV is allowed per site. - Maximum of six (6) people per reservation. - Each RV is subject to management approval. - Please contact the resort directly if you have any questions. Parking Policy - Additional vehicle parking may be available; please inquire with the staff. Rates - Rates include two (2) vehicles. - Rates include four (4) people; each additional person over the age of six (6) is $5 per person per night. - Monthly rates do not include electric usage, which is billed back at the completion of each month at the prevailing electric rate per kWh. Pet Policy - All well-behaved pets are welcome at the campground. - Pets must be leashed at all times. - Please do not leave a pet tied or unattended outside. - Please clean up after your pets at all times. - Pet waste bags are available for purchase in the store. - Pets are not permitted in the pool area. Fish House - The fish house will be open from 9 am to 8 pm daily during fish season. - Please clean up after yourself and discard fish guts into a bag before placing them into the trash bins. Refunds be given in accordance with the Cancellation Policy below: Spot2Nite booking fees are non-refundable.

Campground Cancellation Policy - 100% refund until 30 days prior to check-in. - 50% percent refund 14 days prior, then 13 days prior the reservation is no longer refundable. - Note: All refund calculations exclude the RoverPass service fees and credit card processing, which are non-refundable. RoverPass Cancellation Policy - The platform and processing fees are non-refundable. - All Spot2Nite reservations require payment in full at the time of booking. - Please contact Spot2Nite to cancel a reservation via email to [email protected] or call (877)778-2683, Option 1. - Spot2Nite convenience fees and credit card processing fees are non-refundable.
