To ensure the comfort and safety of our guests, please abide by the following rules:

- Las Vegas RV Resort is an adult-only resort. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. - By providing a credit card number, you are giving authorization for us to bill your credit card the deposit due, any costs accrued, and balances not paid at the time of departure. - The resort assumes no responsibility for accidents, injuries, or loss of property for any reason. - All rigs are required to have adequate surge protection devices. - Check-in is at noon or after; check-out is by noon. Late check-outs may be charged for another night’s stay. - Park rules apply to all guests and visitors. Rates are subject to change without notice. No refunds are given for the early departure. - A maximum of 2 pets are allowed per site. Non-aggressive pets are welcome. Guests are required to follow all pet rules provided at check-in. - There is a $5 non-refundable online booking fee per reservation. - Please note that sites will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. (866) 846-5432 - For International Inquiries: (702) 451-8005 Monthly Stay: - The first month is taxed. Monthly guests pay for their electricity. Call us for the current electric rate. A $50 refundable electric deposit is required. - Call the Resort Office to make Monthly Reservations. - Call the Resort Office to make Cottage reservations. - All rigs must be in very good condition and no older than 15 years.

Refunds be given in accordance with the Cancellation Policy below: Spot2Nite booking fees are non-refundable.

MODERATE If the guest cancels at least 1 week before your check-in day and time, they will receive a full refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience or resort fees). If the guest cancels within the 1 week before check-in, there will be no refund.
