To ensure the comfort and safety of our guests, please abide by the following rules:
Check-In Procedure - For RV Sites, Guests may check-in at 1:00 PM. - Our check-out time is 12 PM. - Cottage check-in is at 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. - Early arrivals and late departures, if available, may be subject to a nominal fee. - No refunds for early departures. No prorates. - Early arrivals and late departures are subject to additional charges. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Office Hours - Office Hours are 8:00 Am - 5:00 PM. Children Policy - Children are welcome to visit for up to 30 days. RV Owner's Agreement - It is agreed and understood that if RV Owner, RV Owner’s family, RV Owner’s Guest(s), or any other occupant of RV Owner’s RV use the Resort’s Recreational Facilities, they do so at their own risk and with no liability at the Resort. - It is advised that the RV owner, RV owner’s family members, and guests should not use these facilities alone. - It is agreed that RV Owner is solely responsible for protecting their RV and any and all electronic appliances therein from any and all power surges or fluctuations in water pressure that may occur at the space during RV Owner's stay at the resort. Recreational Vehicles - Recreational Vehicles in the Resort for less than 30 days may be removed from the premises without judicial ruling for any of the following reasons: - Failure to pay for occupancy at this Resort or failure to comply with the Rules & Regulations of this Resort. - California Civil Code Section 799.20 through 799.79. Traffic Enforcement Agency Phone # 619-579-3356. - Please be advised that Civil Code §§ 799.22 and 1866 allow for the removal of a recreational vehicle from a recreational vehicle resort when the guest fails to depart by the checkout time on the agreed date. - Please be further advised that Civil Code § 1867 provides that the Resort Management may require a guest to move from one space in the Resort to a different space in the Resort if an “imminent danger” is present, as determined by Resort Management. Fees and Charges - A $25 fee will be charged for all lost or unreturned keys against the credit card on file. - There are additional charges for pets and extra occupants. - Late fees apply to late payments and refund checks. - All stays 14 consecutive nights or longer are charged an electric usage fee. Payments and Rates - Rates based on 2 people per RV - We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and Amex for online payments. Discounts - All discounts and coupons must be submitted at check-in and will not be honored after payment is made Emergency - For emergencies, please dial 911. Golden Village Palms Disclaimer - Golden Village Palms is an active lifestyle community. - For reservations longer than 30 days, all reservations must have one guest who is 55 or older.

Refunds be given in accordance with the Cancellation Policy below: Spot2Nite booking fees are non-refundable.

How to read Good Sam Ratings
The three-number rating that accompanies each campground listing in the directory gives readers an at-a-glance assessment of a campground's amenities, cleanliness and environment. All three ratings categories are measured on a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being the best. Less than 1 percent of parks or campgrounds receive the coveted 10 | 10 | 10 rating, which indicates superior facilities that are well maintained, clean, well-appointed restrooms and a highly appealing appearance. Campgrounds are inspected annually by dedicated RVers like you.
Completeness of facilities
The first campground rating evaluates completeness and quality of facilities. In this category we rate interior roads, sites, registration area, hookups, recreation, swimming, security, laundry, store and building maintenance.
Cleanliness of restrooms and showers
The second rating category concerns the cleanliness and physical characteristics of toilets, walls, showers, sinks/counters/mirrors and floor. If a park achieves a full point in each of the above, it receives a star ( ), indicating exceptionally clean restrooms.
Also rated are physical characteristics of restrooms, including interior construction, adequate supplies/odor free, adequate number of facilities, exterior appearance and location in relation to park spaces, and interior appearance.
Visual appeal and environmental quality
This category addresses the park's setting and site layout, function and identification of signage, overall exterior building maintenance, noise, trash disposal, litter and debris around the grounds and sites, and appearance of grounds, sites and entrance area.
