Welcome to the park!
To ensure the comfort and safety of our guests, please abide by the following rules:
Check-in Procedure - Check-in: 2:00 PM - Check-out: 11:00 AM - If you arrive after the office is closed, check the front door for your site or unit assignment. - Do not take any available camping sites. - All guests must register and complete the required paperwork at the office upon entering the resort. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Children Policy - Children are welcome with an accompanying adult. - Children age 5 and under stay free. Pets Policy - Pets are welcome. - We are a "pet-friendly" resort and welcome non-aggressive breeds for an additional fee. - We allow 1 large or 2 small/medium-sized dogs in all tent and RV sites. - We have a limited number of "pet-friendly" cabins available which must be reserved in advance. - Pets are not allowed in any lodging unit that is not designated for pets. - For all our guests' enjoyment, please make sure they are quiet. - Your pets must be on a leash when outside. - Pets cannot be left unattended at any time. - Violations of these guidelines may subject you to removal from the resort. - PLEASE NOTE THAT PIT BULLS, DOBERMANS, ROTTWEILERS, AND MASTIFFS ARE NOT ALLOWED. - There is a limit of 2 pets per lodging unit or camping site per the following guidelines. - Pets are only allowed in our designated "pet-friendly" lodging units (resort cabins and upper resort camper cabins) and must be reserved in advance for an additional fee. - Pets are allowed in all RV & Tent sites. Smoking Policy - We are a smoke-free resort. - Smoking is not permitted in any of our public buildings, cabins, or suites. Quiet Policy - Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 7 AM. DEPOSITS: When you book a reservation, a non-refundable payment for the first night is required to guarantee your reservation. We strongly encourage you to verify your travel plans with all involved parties before making your reservation. Minimum Stay Policy: - A two-night minimum stay is required on weekends however please call for availability for one-night stays. - A three-night minimum stay is required for some holiday weekends. - Please be aware that reservations booked for only one night in the resort cabins, cottages, glamping tents, family cabins, and suites will be charged a cleaning fee. Rescheduling Policy: - Rescheduling your reservation is permitted based on availability. - Please be aware that the first night is a non-refundable payment for your original reservation and may not be applied to your rescheduled reservation. - The total amount of the reservation is due and payable at the time of rebooking and the entire amount paid becomes non-refundable.- Vehicles Policy: - One vehicle is permitted at each site. - Parking arrangements can be made through the office for other vehicles and/or trailers based on space availability for an additional fee. - The washing of RVs and vehicles is prohibited. - The operation of ATVs or motorized bikes is not permitted on the resort property. - Speed limit is 5MPH for all vehicles, including bicycles. Campfires Policy: - Campfires are permitted in designated areas only and must be contained in the fire rings provided. - Gathering of wood or cutting of trees, including branches is strictly prohibited. - Firewood is available for purchase in the office store. Campfire rings are not trash receptacles. - Please deposit all trash in the dumpsters located throughout the resort. Responsibility: - You are responsible for any damages or losses to your unit or site during your stay. - By agreeing to these policies you permit us to charge your credit card on file for the appropriate amount of damages or losses incurred. - If you do not have a credit card on file with us, you agree to pay the amount you will be billed. Breaking Policy: - Breaking any portion of the policy or rules will result in cancellation of the reservation without a refund, and you will be asked to leave the property.

How to read Good Sam Ratings
The three-number rating that accompanies each campground listing in the directory gives readers an at-a-glance assessment of a campground's amenities, cleanliness and environment. All three ratings categories are measured on a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being the best. Less than 1 percent of parks or campgrounds receive the coveted 10 | 10 | 10 rating, which indicates superior facilities that are well maintained, clean, well-appointed restrooms and a highly appealing appearance. Campgrounds are inspected annually by dedicated RVers like you.
Completeness of facilities
The first campground rating evaluates completeness and quality of facilities. In this category we rate interior roads, sites, registration area, hookups, recreation, swimming, security, laundry, store and building maintenance.
Cleanliness of restrooms and showers
The second rating category concerns the cleanliness and physical characteristics of toilets, walls, showers, sinks/counters/mirrors and floor. If a park achieves a full point in each of the above, it receives a star ( ), indicating exceptionally clean restrooms.
Also rated are physical characteristics of restrooms, including interior construction, adequate supplies/odor free, adequate number of facilities, exterior appearance and location in relation to park spaces, and interior appearance.
Visual appeal and environmental quality
This category addresses the park's setting and site layout, function and identification of signage, overall exterior building maintenance, noise, trash disposal, litter and debris around the grounds and sites, and appearance of grounds, sites and entrance area.
