Registration and Arrival Check-In Procedure - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager makes the ultimate decision for spot placement. Occupancy - This is not a lease of real estate. - The Camper is not a renter. - This agreement grants Camper a revocable license to use a campsite at the Campground for recreational purposes, limited to the stated dates and any adjustments made for that purpose, and does not provide residential occupancy options. - The license may be revoked at any time for violation of the rules or the creation of unsafe conditions. - No guarantee is made for any specific campsite number or open and close dates. - This agreement applies only to Camper and their campsite, and not to any other campsite or visitor at the Campground. - Campground reserves the right to change this agreement at any time. Deposit - A deposit is due upon execution of this Agreement. - The deposit is the greater of the 1st night's stay plus tax or 100.0% of all night’s stay plus tax. - The deposit will reserve the campsite, as approved by management, until 30 days prior to the arrival date at which time a second deposit of the balance of the unpaid amount of all night’s stay plus tax. (Collectively the Deposit). Camping Rate - The Camping Rate is a combination of the Base Camping fee and Additional Fees. - i) Base Camping Fee is Undetermined. This fee includes admission to the campground and the use of all amenities. - Some campground activities may be fee-based in addition to the Camping Rate. - The Base Camping Fee provides for 2 adults (21 years or older) and any of their unmarried children 17 years and under. - Two or more consecutive bookings will not be eligible to be repriced or considered for higher-level promotions. - ii) Additional Fees may be incurred, including default charges, cleanup charges, dumpster charges, and damage to the campsite or campground. These fees will be due and payable to the campground as incurred. - b) Camping Rate Due. Full Camping Rate shall be due at the time of reservations made less than 30 days prior to arrival. Full payment will be due on arrival. - Any additional fees as incurred, including but not exclusively, Default charges, clean-up charges, dumpster charges, and damages to the Campsite or Campground shall be due and payable to the Campground as incurred during the term of this Agreement. - Two or more consecutive bookings will not be eligible to be repriced or considered for higher-level promotions. - Camper agrees that Campground may charge the credit card given by Camper at the time of check-in or during their stay for any amounts due. - c) Payment. Campers may pay for their campsite in person at the campground office by credit card, by calling the Campground service center at 509-957-2995 with a credit card, or online on the Campground secure website www.rjourney.com with a credit card. - Campers cannot pay with cash or mail cash to the campground office address. - The campground does not send invoices. Campers are responsible for making their payment on time, even if they do not receive an invoice. Credit/Debit Card Authorization - Campers authorize the campground to automatically charge their credit or debit card for the camping rate on each invoice due date. - This authorization remains in effect even if the camper terminates the agreement or authorization while owing fees to the campground. - Campers must notify the campground of any changes to their credit card information. - Campers who fail to make a payment on time will be subject to late fees and other default charges. - A credit card chargeback/dispute fee will apply to all credit card transactions disputed by the cardholder. Short Term Utilities The campground provides electrical hookups and meters on each campsite. - Campers must provide the hookup from their recreational vehicle to the power pedestal located on the camper’s assigned camping space. - Excessive electrical usage (over 20kwh/day) may result in an additional electrical usage charge but shall otherwise be included in the nightly camp rate. - Water conservation practices are requested from all Campers and Visitors. - Wasting of water is a violation of Campground rules. - Campers shall, whenever possible, hook up watering devices to the deduct meters or water bibs provided throughout the Campground. - Water conservation is requested from all campers and visitors. - Wasting water is a violation of campground rules. - Campers should connect watering devices to deduct meters or water bibs whenever possible. Wi-Fi - Wi-Fi is not included in the camping rate. - It may be included as a courtesy where available. - Please check with the store manager for more information about Wi-Fi availability and possible pricing. - Most parks offer free basic Wi-Fi that is sufficient for basic internet activities, but we make no guarantees about its speed or quality. - Select campgrounds offer a premium paid Wi-Fi subscription that provides streaming capable speeds. Good Health Advisory - The Campground has safety measures in place to protect you, other campers, visitors, and staff. - There is an inherent risk of exposure to contagious diseases in any public place where people may gather. - While visiting the Campground, everyone must adhere to all signage and warnings regarding public safety measures. - The availability of features and specific limitations due to health and safety concerns may not be adequate for your needs. - Please call the Campground to discuss specific limitations that may currently be in place during your visit. - By entering the Campground, you voluntarily assume all risks. Campsite - The space that is approved and registered at the beginning of the Term for a particular campsite is the only space that may be used by the Camper (Campsite). - Site registration is for one (1) RV and one (1) tow vehicle. - Extra occupants, vehicles, boats, and trailers may be charged an additional amount and may not be allowed on the site. - Portable-type canvas screen rooms are not allowed. - Wheels may not be removed from any vehicle in the Campground. - Park Models may not be skirted without Campground Manager permission and then only with approved breakaway skirting. - Likewise, no decking, satellite dish, or any other exterior improvements or decorations shall be visible outside the Recreational Vehicle without prior written approval of the Campground Manager. - Electric, water, TV cable, and telephone hookups must be able to be disconnected easily. - No permanent wiring or connections are permitted. The exterior of the Campsite must be kept clean. - Do not dump/pour BBQ ashes, non-potable water, grease, or food into the grass or landscaping. - Speak with the campground Manager regarding the authorized disposal of these waste products. Restrooms/Showers - We ask for your cooperation in keeping the restrooms and showers clean. - Please pick up after yourself and no washing of pots, dishes, laundry, or recreational equipment in the restroom/shower facilities. - No hair or clothes dye can be used in the bathrooms, bathhouses, or laundry rooms. Pets - Pets are allowed on campsites, but there are some restrictions. - Service animals (dogs or mini-horses) are not considered pets and are allowed in all areas of the campground. - House pets are allowed on campsites with a limit of 2 per campsite at any given time during the stay. - An additional pet fee per Service Period may be required. - Emotional support animals are not considered service animals. - Pets are welcome. - Campers are allowed pets in campsite rentals. Pets will be allowed in certain lodging units upon payment of a pet fee. - Please note that any Visitor wishing to bring a pet and use a lodging unit must advise the Campground Manager of this fact when making their reservation arrangements. Pets Allowed: - a) Visitors may bring usual household pets such as dogs and cats to a Campground. - No other animals, livestock, poultry, reptiles, insects, or exotic pets are permitted. - For the protection of, and in consideration to other campers, noisy, aggressive, vicious, unruly, poisonous, venomous, or otherwise dangerous pets are not allowed at a campground. - b) Service animals are welcome at our campground. - Service animals are working animals that are trained to perform tasks for people with disabilities. - They are not pets and are not subject to our pet policy. - Service animals are allowed in all areas of the campground, including buildings, swimming pools, and lodging units. - They do not require any proof of disability or certification, and campers are not required to pay a pet fee for them. - c) Emotional support animals and companion animals are not considered service animals. - These animals are subject to the pet policy. - Restricted Areas: Pets are not allowed in restaurants, bars, or pool areas. - Registration: All pets must be registered with the office vaccination records must be available upon request, and all pets must wear a collar identifying the owner and phone number. - Leash: Pets must always be kept on a leash (not more than 6 feet) and under the control of their owner. - A leash CANNOT be an electric leash/fence. Persons who are unable to control their pets must remove them from the Campground, or the animal may be taken to/by local animal control authorities. - Children walking pets on Campground property must be able to properly handle the pet safely. - Campground management reserves the right to revoke this privilege. - Treatment: All pets shall be kept either inside the RV or on a leash that confines them to the campsite. - Pets must not be left tied or otherwise unattended at any time. Pet abuse will not be tolerated. Behavior: - Campers agree that a pet will not disturb the rights, comforts, and conveniences of other campers. - This applies whether the pet is inside or outside of the Camper’s campsite or vehicle. - Habitual barking bothers other Campers. - Please do not allow your pet to continuously bark. - Pets running at large may be picked up by the Animal Control Department. - The campground may reject animals that may be dangerous or aggressive at the Campground Manager’s sole discretion. Responsibility: - a) Owner's liability: - The owner of any pet is responsible for any injuries or damage caused by their pet. - This means that if your pet bites someone or damages someone's property, you are legally responsible for the damages. - b) Campground's liability: The campground is not responsible for any injuries or damage caused by pets. - This means that if your pet bites someone or damages someone's property, the campground will not be held liable. - c) Dispute resolution: If your pet causes injuries or damages to someone, you are expected to resolve the issue directly with the injured party. - This means that you should work with the injured party to reach an agreement about how to compensate them for their losses. - d) Pet removal: If your pet is disturbing other guests or causing a nuisance, the campground may ask you to remove your pet from the property. You must comply with this request immediately. - Cleanliness: Campers and Visitors are responsible for their pets and should "clean up" after them. - All pet droppings must be properly disposed of in a trash receptacle. - Fees: Pet Damage Fees may be assessed. - This is a fee charged for the waste clean-up, damage, or nuisance caused by a pet. - The fee may be charged per occurrence or based on the severity of the damage. Campfires - Campfires are allowed in provided fire rings or fire pits only. - Fire rings or fire pits may not be moved by the Camper. - All campfires must be completely extinguished and free of smoldering embers before being left unattended. - Failure to do so will result in the loss of campfire privileges. - Campfires are subject to governmental burn bans. - Campfire wood must be stored neatly 10ft from your firepit or fire ring, ideally near your RV. - Wood may not be stacked between or against trees or electrical pedestals. - Fireworks are strictly prohibited in the Campground. Recreational Use of Campground The campground is intended for camping and recreational activities. - Many recreational activities are inherently more dangerous to the recreator and others around the recreator than other daily activities. - Therefore, participants and others in the vicinity are responsible for the following: - a) Accepting the risks inherent in the activity they are engaged in and in the surrounding vicinity of activities observed. - b) Be aware of the limits of your and your family member's abilities. - c) Heed all warnings regarding the activities. - d) Maintain control of your person and equipment, children, and animals. - e) Refrain yourself, family members, and Visitors from activity or excesses that endanger yourself, yourself, or others. - f) Remember you have agreed to protect and indemnify Campground for you, your children, and Visitors’ damages resulting from the use of the Campgrounds. - Be safe and mindful of the safety of others. Swimming Pool - If the Campground has swimming facilities, the swimming facilities are available for use by Campers or Visitors. - All children under 12 require adult supervision (someone over 21) while at the pool, Swimming pool Rules are posted at the pool, and Campers, their families, and Visitors shall obey those rules. - All swimming is "at your own risk.” There are no lifeguards on duty at the Campground. - Failure to abide by the posted rules will result in termination of swimming privileges. Aqua Park - If the Campground has Aqua Park facilities, with the purchase of an Aqua Pass, the Aqua Park facilities are available for use by the Aqua Pass bearer. - All children under 12 require adult supervision (someone over 21) while at the pool, Aqua Park Rules are posted, and Campers, their families, and Visitors shall obey those rules. - All swimming is "at your own risk.” There are no lifeguards on duty at the Campground. - Failure to abide by the posted rules will result in termination of swimming privileges. Trash removal - Trash is removed from the Campground at designated times. - Campers are responsible for putting their trash at the proper pickup location. - Campers shall arrange and pay for the removal of large, bulky, or heavy items. Arms - Firearms, air arms, explosives, and weapons of any kind are prohibited at the campground. - Campers must comply with all applicable state and local laws regarding the possession and use of these items. - Campers agree not to wield or brandish firearms while on campground property. - Firearms, if worn, must be kept holstered and unloaded. Fireworks - Fireworks are prohibited at the Campground, including sparklers, firecrackers, and Roman candles. - This policy is in place for the safety of our Campers and staff. - Fourth of July, New Year, and other holidays ARE NOT exempt from this rule. - Use of fireworks at the Campground, may be grounds for ejection with forfeiture of payment. - See provision 44 for details related to damage caused by Camper or Camper’s Visitors. Wildlife & Safety: - a) Do not feed wildlife. - It is important not to feed wildlife, as this can make them aggressive and dependent on humans for food. - This can be dangerous for both humans and animals. - b) Keep food and garbage secure. Food and garbage that is left out can attract wildlife, which can also be dangerous. - Please store food and garbage in sealed containers and keep them in your vehicle or in a bear-proof locker. - c) Do not litter. - Littering can attract wildlife and can also pollute the environment. - Please dispose of your trash properly. - d) Report injured or sick wildlife to the campground staff. - This will help to ensure that the animal receives the necessary care. - e) Be aware of your surroundings. - This is especially important in wilderness areas, where there are dangers such as alligators, bears, and poisonous snakes. - f) Give adequate space to animals and do not provoke or attempt to pet them. - If you see an animal, please give it plenty of space and do not try to approach it. Visitors Policy - All Visitors must register at the camp store/office prior to each visit. - Visitors are camping guests, adults or children, who are not registered Campers who visit anytime during Day Visiting Hours (9:00am to 11:00pm) when a registered adult Camper is on the premises. - Registered Campers are responsible for their Visitors and their Visitors’ behavior. - All of Camper’s Visitors are required to adhere to the Campground Rules and Regulations. - Campers may come to the office in advance of their Visitor’s arrival and purchase a Visitor Pass, and/or Visitor Parking Pass to be given to their Visitor by the office personnel upon their arrival, to provide their Visitor with admission. - All Visitors with vehicles must obtain a parking pass from the Campground Office. - Visitors must display their parking pass and park in the designated parking areas. - All Visitors over the age of 18 must purchase a Visitor Pass. - Purchase of a Visitor Parking Pass will include one (1) Visitor Pass. - Visitors are required to be off the Campground premises from 11:00p.m to 9:00 a.m. Each admitted Visitor is entitled to attend non-fee activities and use the facilities according to policy. - Adult Visitors admitted with an Overnight Visitor Pass are required to stay inside the camping Unit. - Children Overnight Visitors are permitted to stay in a pup tent on the Campsite; however, any tents housing adults are considered separate camping entities and are required to register at the current tent camping rate. Camping Etiquette - The campground reserves the right to select its clientele and visitors. - Campers are not allowed to create a nuisance or interfere with the enjoyment of other campers or their guests. - The use of vulgarity by adults or children will not be tolerated. - Subjecting neighboring campsites to socially unacceptable behavior is a violation of the rules. - Persons engaging in illegal activities will be subject to revocation of camping admission and ejection from the campground. - Campers must always comply with proper camping etiquette and respect the right of others to enjoy the quiet and peaceful use of the campground. - Unreasonably loud talking, inappropriate or abusive language, shouting, generators, loud radios, televisions, and stereos, and other disturbing noises are prohibited. Quiet Hours - Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Advertising, Soliciting, and Commercial Business - Advertising, soliciting, or delivering handbills by Campers is allowed only with written permission from the Campground Manager, which must be renewed each year and is not assignable. - No unauthorized commercial enterprise or business may be conducted by Campers in the Campground. Signs, Flags & Banners (“Signs”). - The Campground is not a place of commerce or political advocacy. - It is a family-friendly non-adversarial respite. No political pamphlet distributions, signs, or signs with an offensive message are permitted. - Campground may arbitrarily prohibit the display of any sign. Mail Delivery - Outgoing mail may be placed in a designated mail basket in the main office. - The campground may but has no obligation to forward any mail that is delivered after the Camper departs the Campground. - Campers shall not use Campground Manager as their legal address. The campground Manager assumes no responsibility for the Camper’s mail. RVs & Other Vehicles. - Late-model recreational vehicles are allowed but may be turned away at arrival based on disrepair at the sole discretion of the Campground Manager. - Only one primary recreational vehicle, park model, camper, trailer, van, or tent (collectively, “Unit”) is permitted per campsite, along with one smaller vehicle for personal use. Lodge building, pavilion, and recreation facilities. - If the campground has a lodge building, pavilion, or recreation facility (Recreation Center), its facilities are available to campers and their visitors on a first-come, first-served basis, unless the campground manager designates it as closed to campers. Fees and deposits may apply. - The Recreation Center may be rented exclusively for a fee and by appointment. - Anyone designated by the campground manager may rent the Recreation Center. - Reservations for private parties and gatherings should be made in advance whenever possible. - Any camper using the Recreation Center must leave it in an orderly, clean, and undamaged condition. - Campers are liable for all expenses of repairing any damage caused by their use of the Recreation Center. - Use of the Recreation Center must not disturb the peace and quiet of other campers. - Recreational facilities within the campground are available for use by campers and their visitors. - Campers are responsible for ensuring that their visitors observe all applicable rules. Speed Limit - ATV/UTVs are allowed at campsites but must use common roadways and be restricted to a speed of 5 MPH. Vehicle and Driver Rules - Campers must be 16 years old or older, and have a valid driver's license, and proof of insurance to operate vehicles in the campground. - The campground may charge a fee for private vehicles driven in the campground. - All vehicles must be registered at the campground office. - Vehicles must be insured and operated responsibly and safely. - Vehicles may be restricted from certain roads or trails and must be parked in designated areas. - Vehicles with gas engines must be muffled and are not allowed in certain areas, such as near swimming pools, playgrounds, or other high-traffic areas. - Vehicle repairs that require disassembly of parts are prohibited. - Campground reserves the right to revoke permission to use a vehicle for any violation of these rules and regulations. - Failure to comply may result in ejection from the campground and the forfeiture of all amounts paid. - Campers are encouraged to be respectful of other campers and campground staff while operating vehicles. - Vehicles should be driven safely and courteously, and all rules and regulations should be obeyed. - By following these rules, campers can help ensure that everyone has a safe and enjoyable camping experience. RV Storage - Campground Manager may offer off-season vehicle storage, which is not included in this Agreement. - Off-season storage on the campsite can be arranged through the Front Desk. - Parents are responsible for their children’s safety and conduct at all times. - Parents are responsible for any and all damage caused by their children. - Children of Visitors or Visitors are under the combined responsibility of their parents and the Camper they are visiting. - Violations of these rules or any other Campground rules and requests by management may result in Camper’s immediate removal from the Campground and forfeiture of all payments. Usage Release including Photo/Video/Testimonial - Campers (including family members and Visitor) hereby grant to Campgrounds, its agents, licensees, successors, and assigns (herein collectively called “the licensed parties”) the right to use, publish, and copyright, Camper's name, picture, portrait or likeness, testimonial, voice, video, photographic images, artwork in advertising, promoting and publicizing Campground, products or services, in any media known or unknown, in any manner or for throughout the world in perpetuity. - Any picture taken of the Camper by the licensed parties is owned by them. - If Camper should receive any print, negative, or other copy thereof, Camper shall not authorize its use by anyone else. - Campers agree that no advertisement or other material need be submitted to Camper for any further approval and the licensed parties shall be without liability to Campground for any distortion or illusionary effect resulting from the publication of Camper’s picture, portrait, likeness, photographic images, or artwork. - Camper is the father, mother, and guardian, of the minor(s) listed in the Terms of Service Agreement and consent to the foregoing on behalf of such minor(s) and personally join in the warranties and representations set forth above. - Campers also agree to indemnify and hold harmless the licensed parties with respect to any claims that the minor(s) may make as a result of the exercise by the licensed. Permission to Call, Text, or reach by social media and/or E-Mail. - By providing your contact information including telephone number and/or email address to the Campground, you authorize the Campground and its affiliates, agents, and independent contractors, to contact you regarding your account at such number using any means of communication, including, but not limited to emails, social media, calls placed to your cell, mobile or other phone using an automated dialing service, pre-recorded messages or text messages. Standard text messaging and/or calling charges may apply. - Right of entry. - The Campground Manager may enter any campsite to perform maintenance and repairs during reasonable times (any time for emergencies) but will attempt to do so in a manner that minimizes inconvenience to Camper. Removal Policy - Campers are required to provide means of removing the camping Unit when appropriate or when required under this Agreement. - In the event this Agreement is voluntarily or involuntarily terminated, the Camper agrees to immediately remove as applicable all debris, decking, and shed prior to the removal of the camping Unit from the Campground property. - Patios and stone walkways must remain on the campsite and may not be removed. - If the camping Unit is removed prior to the removal of all other personal property, the remaining items, including the deck & shed, are considered abandoned and become the immediate property of the Campground to keep or dispose of as trash. - Failure to remove scrap decking, sheds, or debris from the campsite, upon Camper’s departure, is subject to a site clean-up fee. - Any damages, including without limitation lost income to Campground in excess of the Deposit will be charged to Camper. Abandonment - A camper is deemed to have abandoned the campsite if the camper is no longer present and the camping term under this Agreement or Renewed Agreement has ended. - a) In the event of abandonment, ownership of unused firewood left at the campsite shall be deemed granted to the Campground and shall be available for resale. - b) In the event of abandonment, the Campground may remove the Camper’s private possessions from the property at Camper’s expense and hold the same as collateral until all amounts owing to the campground have been paid. - After 30 days collateral items may be sold to satisfy the amounts owing. - c) The campground may contact alternate contact persons in the event of abandonment and arrange with the alternate contact as provided in provision 41 Campground Remedies. Irreconcilable Differences with Management - Admission and use of a campsite, is at the sole discretion of the Campground Manager. - The Campground may determine, for any reason in its sole discretion, that it is necessary for the Camper to leave the premises of the Campground prior to the scheduled end of the Term. - In such an event, the Campground will direct the Camper to leave the Campground. - At Campground’s discretion it may allow Camper one (1) day to leave the Campground, and up to five (5) days to remove the Unit from the campground. - In the event of a disturbance of the peace or creation of a situation that could lead to harm to others or property, Campground reserves the right to require the Camper to leave immediately. - Such Campers may be charged for the amount of time remaining on the Camper’s Term. - All potential refunds are at the discretion of the Campground Manager. - The time between the date that the Campground gives the Camper the notice of ejectment and the date the Camper fully vacates the Campground shall be charged to the Camper at the Campground’s then current daily rate. Campground’s Remedies: - a) In the event of a casualty, abandonment, or Camper’s inability to perform Camper’s responsibilities, at Campground’s option it may allow the alternate contact or a parent, child, or sibling of Camper or Camper’s attorney in fact or guardian over 18 years of age to have access to the Campsite if such person signs an affidavit confirming its relationship to Camper and of Camper’s unavailability, or inability to perform its responsibilities, or provides Power of - Attorney documentation, or Appointment of Guardianship papers. - b) If any Camper is in default of any obligation hereunder the Campground shall have all rights and remedies provided by law and this Agreement. - All remedies are cumulative and not exclusive. - The Campground shall also be entitled to recover from Camper, in addition to the charges or payments due to the Campground, and for all other damages sustained by Campground on account of the breach of this Agreement, including, but not limited to, the costs, expenses and attorneys’ fees connected with the refilling of the Campsite. Defaults - The occurrence of any one or more of the following events shall constitute a default and breach of this Agreement by Camper: - a) The failure of Camper to make any payment of any Campground fee or any other payment required to be made by Camper under this Agreement, when due. - b) Failure by the Camper to repair or clean up any waste created by the Camper, Camper’s children, or Visitors. - c) Failure to observe or perform any of the terms, covenants, or conditions of this Agreement. Indemnification and Hold Harmless Agreement: - Camper shall indemnify and hold Campground harmless from and against any and all claims, actions, damages, liabilities, and expenses, including attorney’s fees, in connection with any damages to or caused by Camper, Camper’s children or - Visitors arising out of or caused wholly or in part, by an act or omission of Camper or Camper’s children or Visitors including, without limitation, any accident, injury, or damage to any other person or property of another, or by reason of Camper’s breach or default in the performance of Camper’s obligations under this Agreement. - If the Campground shall, without fault on its part, be made a party to any litigation commenced by or against Camper, the Camper shall indemnify and hold the Campground harmless by payment of all costs, expenses, and attorney’s fees incurred or paid by Campground in connection with such litigation. - Camper’s indemnification of Campground under this section shall survive the expiration or termination of the Agreement. Damages and Campground Liability - In addition to Camper’s obligations to indemnify and hold harmless Campground, it is also agreed that Camper accepts any and all liability for any injury, damages, theft, or loss of any kind, to the Campground, Camper or Camper’s children and Visitors and/or for their equipment and possessions for any cause. - Campground reserves the right to decide in their sole discretion any vendor(s) to assess and repair damages to the Campground caused by the Camper at Campers expense. - Such charges are authorized in provision 5. - The camper has inspected the site and surrounding area and accepts the site as is and warrants that the site and surrounding area are in acceptable condition and is in fact the site promoted and sold to this camper. Force Majeure - Force Majeure is any event beyond the reasonable control of the parties preventing compliance with some or all of its obligations under this Agreement, including but not limited to: of God; orders of the State or Federal Government, or any agency or instrumentality thereof; acts of terrorism; insurrections; riots; epidemics; pandemics; landslides; lightning; earthquakes; fires; hurricanes; storms; floods; washouts; or explosions. Force Majeure does not include financial inability to perform unless directly related to a Force Majeure event. - If and to the extent that a party is prevented from performing its obligations under this Agreement by Force Majeure, the party shall be relieved of obligations under this Agreement that are prevented by Force Majeure and shall not incur any liability for any losses or damages. Waiver - Campground Manager’s failure to insist on strict compliance with the terms or conditions of this Agreement shall not be deemed a waiver of that term or condition, nor shall any waiver or relinquishment of any right or power at any one time or time be deemed a waiver or relinquishment of the right or power for all or any other times. - Any waivers of these terms and conditions are specifically given to a Camper and their campsite only and do not necessarily apply to any other Camper, Campsite, or Visitors within the Campground.

Cancellations may be made within 24 hours of booking without penalty. Cancellations made before 5 pm, 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival date will incur a $20 cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will not be eligible for refund. No Shows are not refundable. Any partial cancellation of a reservation made by 5pm, 7 days prior to your arrival will incur a $10.00 fee. Spot2Nite convenience fees and credit card processing fees are non-refundable.

The three-number rating that accompanies each campground listing in the directory gives readers an at-a-glance assessment of a campground's amenities, cleanliness and environment. All three ratings categories are measured on a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being the best. Less than 1 percent of parks or campgrounds receive the coveted 10 | 10 | 10 rating, which indicates superior facilities that are well maintained, clean, well-appointed restrooms and a highly appealing appearance. Campgrounds are inspected annually by dedicated RVers like you.
Completeness of facilities
The first campground rating evaluates completeness and quality of facilities. In this category we rate interior roads, sites, registration area, hookups, recreation, swimming, security, laundry, store and building maintenance.
Cleanliness of restrooms and showers
The second rating category concerns the cleanliness and physical characteristics of toilets, walls, showers, sinks/counters/mirrors and floor. If a park achieves a full point in each of the above, it receives a star ( ), indicating exceptionally clean restrooms.
Also rated are physical characteristics of restrooms, including interior construction, adequate supplies/odor free, adequate number of facilities, exterior appearance and location in relation to park spaces, and interior appearance.
Visual appeal and environmental quality
This category addresses the park's setting and site layout, function and identification of signage, overall exterior building maintenance, noise, trash disposal, litter and debris around the grounds and sites, and appearance of grounds, sites and entrance area.
