Welcome to the park!
To ensure the comfort and safety of our guests, please abide by the following rules:
Check-In Procedure - Check-In is 3:00 pm. - Check-out is 12:00 pm and 11:00 am for cabins. - Early arrival and late departure (when available) will be assessed additional charges. - Early check-in and check-out for campsites (when available) is $25 each way. - Early check-in for lodging (when available) is $25, and a late check-out for lodging (when available) is $50. - Failure to depart your campsite or lodging accommodation by 3:00 pm will result in charges equivalent to an additional night stay but still with the requirement that you must leave your campsite or lodging accommodation. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Quiet Hours - Quiet time is 11:00 pm. - Please be considerate of your neighbors. - Quiet hours will be enforced, and children 17 and under must be on-site and under parental supervision. - Excessive noise or loud parties will not be allowed. Visiting Hours - Visiting hours are from 10:00 am – 10:00 pm. Lodge and Store Hours - Monday to Sunday: 9:00 am- 9:00 pm. Garbage and Recycling - Please drop in designated dumpsters near the park entrance. - The dumpster locations are just north of the main lodge. - Failure to leave your garbage in the designated dumpsters and all over your site will result in additional charges for our staff to clean up your mess. - Please note that garbage and recycling facilities are for registered guests only and that illegal dumping will be prosecuted. - A $10.00 fee will be charged to your credit card if you leave trash in your fire pit or on your site. - Garbage should be placed in plastic bags and deposited in the dumpsters at the front of the park. Pet Policy - We are a pet-friendly park, but we ask you to think of your neighbors and not leave your pets unattended. - Also, if you are planning to stay in a cabin with your pet, you will first need to call Timber Ridge to make sure that your dog doesn’t exceed size restrictions for our cabins. - There is an additional charge of $10 per night/per pet for your pet when staying in our cabins. And finally, don’t ruin it for everyone else. - Please be considerate and clean up after your pooch. Minimum Stay - Your reservation may be subject to our minimum stay policy. - Please contact customer service for the specific details of your reservation. Parking Policy - One RV plus two vehicles are permitted per site. - For the safety of all, RV’s and vehicles must not protrude from your site. - Parking on vacant sites is prohibited. - Additional vehicles must park in the overflow lot & must register with the park office. - Do not drive or park on concrete patios. Speed Limit - The speed Limit is 10 mph on the park property. - Please use caution when driving! Golf Cart Policy - No one under the age of 18 may operate a golf cart (either rented or privately owned) while at our park! - A valid driver’s license and proof of insurance are also required for anyone 18 years and older to operate a golf cart while in the park (either rented or privately owned). Mails and Personal Messages - Personal messages, mail drop off, and pick up are available in the park office. Campsite - One RV/Family of 5 per site (2 adults and 3 dependent children). - Must be a minimum of 21 years old to register. - Additional adults or more than 3 children per site will be assessed an additional fee of $5.00/person/night. - Only 6 bodies are allowed on one site! - Keep your site free of debris, cans, bottles, and other litter. - Dumpsters and recycling facilities are located just north of the main Lodge. - No storage under RV unit. - Except for swimsuits and towels, please do not hang your laundry outside your RV to dry. Campfires - Campfires are allowed in site fire rings only. - Do not move rings. - Do not leave campfires unattended. - Please extinguish fires before retiring or leaving the site. Sewer Connection - Protective sewer connectors are required on all sewer hookups. Neighbors - Be considerate. - Please do not walk through your neighbor’s site. Children Policy - Parents are responsible for their children’s safety, conduct, actions, and any damage they may cause. - Minor children (under 18) must have a parent or legal adult guardian in the park at all times - Minor children (under 18) must be on their site by 11 pm unless accompanied by an adult! - No playing in restrooms, parks, or facility buildings. - Any damages caused by minors in your care will be your responsibility. Pet Policy - Pets are allowed at the sole discretion of management, with a maximum of 2 (non-aggressive) pets per site. - Pets must be leashed at all times (maximum 10 feet) and not left unattended. - If a pet is creating a disturbance, nuisance, or threat, you will be asked to remove the pet from Timber Ridge property. - Please clean up after your pet immediately & dispose of it at a dumpster in front of the park or one of the many Dogi-Pot stations. Visitors - Park property is for registered guests only. - Upon arrival, all visitors must register at the park office in the lodge and pay a visitor’s fee. - Visitors will not be given gate passes into the park. - Visitor vehicles may park in our overflow lot. - Children 17 and under and Day Pass Visitors must wear a wrist band at all times while on Timber Ridge property. - Visitor’s fees will be refunded if the stay is shorter than 30 minutes in duration. - Park guests may pre-pay for visitors; however, they will still need to check in at the office upon arrival. - Visitors may NOT bring pets onto the property. - Unregistered guests are trespassers and will be treated as such. Visitor Pass - Children ages 4 and under are free. - Children ages 5 – 17: $5.00/day. $8/day without staying guest. - 18 and over $5.00/day with staying guest. $8/day without staying guest. - Children ages 5-17 and Day Pass Visitors must wear wristbands at all times. - In order to be permitted access to our property, visitors must register at the lodge and agree to and sign a copy of the park rules. - Visitors also must park in our overflow lot. - Gate cards are not given to visitors! - Unregistered visitors will be treated as trespassers and will be asked to leave. Swimming Pool and Lake Policy - Swimming Lake and Pool – no lifeguard on duty! - Rules and hours are posted in the swimming areas. - Swimming lake and pool are for registered guests and registered visitors only. - Life Jackets are REQUIRED for children and adults playing on the inflatables. - No diving, running, rough play, glass containers, smoking, or pets in swimming areas. - No wet or dripping swimsuits allowed in the park office. - Proper swimming attire must be worn at all times. - No jean cutoffs allowed. Prohibited Act - Use of generators, chain saws; bike riding after dark, jumping or climbing park fences or trees. - Tree cutting of any kind (dead or alive); clotheslines. - Skateboards, scooters, go-carts, unless pre-registered at the office. - Carts and scooters are allowed on park roads only. - ORV’s may not be ridden in the park unless exiting the back gate to enter ORV trails must be pushed to the site after quiet time. - Possession of or discharge of firecrackers, fireworks, or firearms. - Mechanical work done on-site. - Permission is required prior to third-party service work at your site. Smoking Policy - Smoking in any building, cabin, facility, or pool area; discarding of cigarette butts on the grounds or at your site. Illegal Activities - Drug use, intoxication, profanity, loud, foul, threatening, or vulgar language, or immoral conduct will be grounds for eviction. Damages - You are responsible for payment resulting from damage or destruction to any property caused by yourself or members of your party. - A service fee($20.00/hr.), in addition to any material replacement cost, will be charged for the purpose of repairing any damage to park property caused by negligence. Timber Ridge Resort Disclaimer - Management reserves the right to interpret, adjust, make, and enforce rules deemed necessary for operations for the safety, convenience, comfort, and enjoyment of its guests. - Management reserves the right to evict from the park, without a refund, anyone violating park rules, destroying property, wildlife, or vegetation, detrimental conduct, or creating a disturbance. - All facilities are used at your own risk. - The owners and staff are not liable for loss or damage of personal property or injuries to any occupant of any age or damage to any vehicle or personal equipment. - This property is privately owned, and we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

The three-number rating that accompanies each campground listing in the directory gives readers an at-a-glance assessment of a campground's amenities, cleanliness and environment. All three ratings categories are measured on a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being the best. Less than 1 percent of parks or campgrounds receive the coveted 10 | 10 | 10 rating, which indicates superior facilities that are well maintained, clean, well-appointed restrooms and a highly appealing appearance. Campgrounds are inspected annually by dedicated RVers like you.
Completeness of facilities
The first campground rating evaluates completeness and quality of facilities. In this category we rate interior roads, sites, registration area, hookups, recreation, swimming, security, laundry, store and building maintenance.
Cleanliness of restrooms and showers
The second rating category concerns the cleanliness and physical characteristics of toilets, walls, showers, sinks/counters/mirrors and floor. If a park achieves a full point in each of the above, it receives a star ( ), indicating exceptionally clean restrooms.
Also rated are physical characteristics of restrooms, including interior construction, adequate supplies/odor free, adequate number of facilities, exterior appearance and location in relation to park spaces, and interior appearance.
Visual appeal and environmental quality
This category addresses the park's setting and site layout, function and identification of signage, overall exterior building maintenance, noise, trash disposal, litter and debris around the grounds and sites, and appearance of grounds, sites and entrance area.
