Check-In Times: - 1:00 pm EST for RV and Yurts, and 3:00 pm EST for Cottages - NOTE: Please contact us if you are arriving after 4PM so that we can provide check in information and a Guest Packet. Check-Out Time: - 11:00 am EST (for all accommodations) - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Best Available Rate – If your vacation plans are firm, lock in the best-priced rate available when you book your reservation for your desired accommodation type within a specific timeframe. - The entire stay must be prepaid with a credit card when the reservation is made and will be non-refundable. Peace of Mind Rate – Our Peace of Mind rate is fully refundable less a 10% cancellation fee except during holiday periods. You may make ONE date change or cancel the reservation, but this change must be made by 3:00 pm EST, 72-hours prior to arrival. You must make your date change or cancellation by calling the property at 706-663-4329 and speaking to a front desk associate. Voicemail or email messages will not be accepted. The prepayment less 10% is refunded to your credit card on file if cancellation is made before 3:00 pm EST, 72-hours prior to arrival during non-holiday periods The dates for the reservation change must be within 1 calendar year. Extended Stay Rate - For stays longer than 28 days contact the property by phone at 706-663-4329. No Call/No Show Policy - We will hold your reservation until 5:00 pm the following day. - At 5:00 pm EST the following day, if you have not contacted us by phone, we will open your site for other guests. - No call/no show is non-refundable. This service is provided for you to make legitimate reservations at RVC Outdoor Destination Resorts, LP. By making a reservation using this service, there are some things that you're agreeing to. If you don't agree with them, please do not book any reservations using this service. Arrival and Check-in / Out - Check-in time for RVs is 1:00 pm; cabins, cottages or yurts is 3:00 pm. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Use of the Service: By using this service, you're agreeing that: - You are at least 21 years of age - You'll use it in accordance with the Terms and Conditions - You are making a legitimate reservation for you and/or any other person(s) whom you legitimately represent - All info you enter is accurate and complete - RVC reserves the right to deny you access to this service for any reason. - You're making a reservation for a stay that is less than 28 days. If you wish to stay for longer than 28 days, and we would certainly welcome you to, please call Pine Mountain RV Resort at 706.663.4329 to make arrangements Disputes - RVC reserves the right to refuse service to any party based upon the laws and regulations of the state in which the resort in which service is delivered; all disputes will be settled out of court and/or through an arbitrator if it becomes necessary. Prohibited Activities - All guests, using this website to make reservations and as a guest at our resorts, are bound by the local laws of the property in which they are booking. RVC reserves all rights. Privacy Policy - As an Innkeeper, RVC holds all guest information as private and does not disclose it to others. Additionally, RVC does not share any part of our Guest Database with third parties. Deposits and Cancellations - Please see the Cancellation Policy for terms and conditions for Deposits and Cancellations. Liability Disclaimer - While we try our best, there may be a very limited number of times when the Information published may be inaccurate in terms of pricing and availability, and we can't guarantee the availability of specific sites or services. - RVC reserves the right to correct any pricing errors that are part of a reservation. If available, we'll honor the published price, if it is determined that the pricing error was on the part of RVC and not if a third party publishes unauthorized rates. - By accepting the reservation, you agree to its terms and to hold RVC harmless for the personal inconvenience, fees, property damage, or any other claim through your use of Pine Mountain RV Resort. - You also agree to indemnify RVC for any losses, claims, or fees that we may incur because of your use of Pine Mountain RV Resort. - You also agree to accept responsibility for any guest you may invite to your site or accommodation, including all guests registered under your name. - You agree to abide by all of Pine Mountain RV Resort's Terms and Conditions, and, if you're bringing your Pet(s), you agree to abide by Pine Mountain RV Resort's Pet Policy. During holiday periods, this reservation is NON-REFUNDABLE.- For non-holiday reservations, Travelers may make ONE date change or cancel the reservation, but it must be made by 3:00 pm CST, 72 hours prior to arrival for 90% refund. - The new dates for the reservation change must be within one calendar year. Spot2Nite convenience fees are non-refundable.
