Welcome to the park!
To ensure the comfort and safety of our guests, please abide by the following rules:
We LOVE helping our guests enjoy quiet and comfortable stays. Here are a few of our rules and regulations to help all guests be good neighbors: Check-In Procedure - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Quiet Hours - Quiet times are between 10 PM and 8 AM. - Please refrain from any activity that could disturb the quiet enjoyment of our park guests. Trash Policy - Please take your firmly tied bag to the dumpster on site. Pet Policy - We love Pets!! - However, we ask that you keep them leashed and under your control at all times. - Please take a baggie with you on each walk to clean up after your pet(s). - Current certificate of shots needs to be presented at our main office and will be kept on file. - For everyone's enjoyment, barking or aggressive dogs will be required to leave the park if they become a common nuisance to the other guests. - Dogs may not be kept leashed outside without an owner present with them. - Also, no dog kennels or houses on site. - Pets are allowed but must be leashed, controlled, and not left alone. Pets must have a valid rabies vaccination tag. Site Policy - All annual and seasonal sites must be free and clear of clutter. - Untagged vehicles, torn tents or gazebos, dog fences, are not permitted. - Outdoor patio furniture must be made for such. - No indoor furniture can be used outdoors. - We do not permit washers, dryers, refrigerators, or freezers outdoors. - Seasonal Guests receive a separate list of guidelines. - Let us know if you are a seasonal guest and have not received your letter. - No solicitation is allowed in the park. Clotheslines Policy - Clotheslines are not permitted on site. Vehicle Policy - There is a max of (1) camping unit and (2) vehicles on each site. - All guests must register at the office. - Day visitors are charged $8 per person per day and $5 per vehicle per day. - These extra vehicles must be parked at the overflow parking. - Please register all people, pets, and vehicles upon arrival. - Mini bikes and unlicensed drivers of motor vehicles are not allowed. Parking Policy - Please park at your site and not on the road. - Overflow parking is available if needed. - Please ask at the office. Management Policy - In order to know who is in our park, we do not permit subletting of your site, RV, Park Model, or rental unit. - Failure to abide by this rule will cause us to revoke park privileges without refund. - This applies to annual, seasonal, monthly, and daily guests. - If you planned to sublet, please inform any and all guests this practice has ceased. - Make sure you take advantage of all there is to see and do in and around our park. - Our friendly staff will be happy to suggest activities on-site, or some popular destinations. - Should you need anything during your time with us, please let us know. - 10% senior citizen discount offered Monday through Thursday. - 50% deposit is required for weekend reservations. - Full deposit is required for holiday weekend reservations. - Gate card is given to the registrant upon check-in, if not returned upon check-out $25 fee will be charged to Credit Card on file. How to read Good Sam Ratings
The three-number rating that accompanies each campground listing in the directory gives readers an at-a-glance assessment of a campground's amenities, cleanliness and environment. All three ratings categories are measured on a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being the best. Less than 1 percent of parks or campgrounds receive the coveted 10 | 10 | 10 rating, which indicates superior facilities that are well maintained, clean, well-appointed restrooms and a highly appealing appearance. Campgrounds are inspected annually by dedicated RVers like you.
Completeness of facilities
The first campground rating evaluates completeness and quality of facilities. In this category we rate interior roads, sites, registration area, hookups, recreation, swimming, security, laundry, store and building maintenance.
Cleanliness of restrooms and showers
The second rating category concerns the cleanliness and physical characteristics of toilets, walls, showers, sinks/counters/mirrors and floor. If a park achieves a full point in each of the above, it receives a star ( ), indicating exceptionally clean restrooms.
Also rated are physical characteristics of restrooms, including interior construction, adequate supplies/odor free, adequate number of facilities, exterior appearance and location in relation to park spaces, and interior appearance.
Visual appeal and environmental quality
This category addresses the park's setting and site layout, function and identification of signage, overall exterior building maintenance, noise, trash disposal, litter and debris around the grounds and sites, and appearance of grounds, sites and entrance area.
