Welcome to the park!
To ensure the comfort and safety of our guests, please abide by the following rules:
Check-In & Check-Out: - Check-in is between 3 pm and 9 pm - Friday and Saturday and 3 pm - 7 pm - on weekdays. - Check out by 1 pm (12 to 3 pm - no early arrival fee if the site is available, please call ahead) - If you wish to extend your stay, check with the office prior to 11:00 am to be sure your site is open for an extension. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Cottage & Park Models Policy: - Cottage and Park Models require a two-night minimum booking. The number of People Policy: - Site rates are based on up to 2 adults and Children 17 and under. Visitors/Guests Policy: - Visitor/guest hours are from 9 am to 9 pm. Please have them register at the office, on arrival. - There is no charge for day visitation. - Overnight visitors are $5.00+Tax per person, per night. - Maximum of 6 people allowed on a site overnight. - Guest pool pass is $3.00 per person. Quiet Time Policy: - Our quiet time is 11 pm – 7 am... no outside TVs, radios, or music permitted during this time. Motorized Vehicles Policy: - All motorized vehicles (ATV, UTV, golf cars, motorcycles & scooters, etc.) must be operated (7 am-11 pm) by persons 16 and over. - Proof of insurance must be on file at the office. - Please observe the 5 M.P.H. Speed Limit & One Way Signs on all campground roads at all times. - Be aware of children at play, and yield to pedestrians. - Operator must obey the posted speed limit. - Golf cars and personal vehicles must follow the same rules as cars and trucks. - Use is not allowed after sunset without head and tail lights and must be parked during quiet hours. Pets Policy: - Pets are part of your family, treat them as such. - All dogs must be kept on a leash or chain, not allowed to create a disturbance or be a threat to other guests, and must be kept under control and quiet at all times. - Dogs must not be left unattended in a trailer or at a campsite. - Complaints received after 2nd warning will restrict pets from the campground. - No pets allowed in restrooms, showers, store, lounge, arcade, cottage, park models, or in the pool. - Please clean up after your pet. - All pet owners are required to leave an emergency cell phone number in case of lost, stray or unattended dogs. - Dogs must be quiet at all times. - Dogs are allowed in Cottage #80, PM81 & Cabin 121 only. Cottage & Park Model Linens Policy: - Cottage & Park Model bedding and towels are available for an additional fee. (Provided at the beginning of the stay and we launder after you depart). Children Policy: - Children must remain in your campsite after 10:00 p.m. with adult supervision (A child, is anyone under 18 years of age). - 10 pm City curfew siren can be heard in Campground. - Parents are responsible for the behavior and safety of their children. Campfires Policy: - Campfires Are a big part of camping fun. Keep your fire totally within the fire ring and of a reasonable size. - Do not leave your fire unattended. - Extinguish your campfire before leaving your site for the day or retiring for the evening. - Please help us preserve the beauty of the campgrounds by not cutting or breaking branches from our trees. - Firewood, fire starters, charcoal, and roasting forks are available for sale in the camp store. - Please do not put bottles, cans, or food into the fire. Swimming Pool Policy: - Swimming Pool Open swim is from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Wednesday - Saturday & 9:00 a.m. to close Sunday - Tuesday, non-holidays, from Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day. - Pool may be limited to 20 persons inside the gated area until further notice, with closing to clean as required during open hours. - Our pool is 20'x45' with a depth of 2 1/2' to 5 1/2'. - It's large enough to enjoy swimming and frolicking, but remember it’s too shallow for flips and dives. - Please properly dispose of all food or beverages before entering the pool area. - Children under 14 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times. - No lifeguard on duty. - Appropriate swimwear must be worn. - Check at the office/store for adult swim hours. - Handicapped access is not readily achievable. Recycling Policy: - Recycling Is Mandatory! We recycle everything that we can. - You are given one CLEAR bag for your use. - Place RINSED #1 & #2 plastic, tin, glass, and aluminum together in this bag. - When the bag is full or at the end of your stay, put it near recycling cans for sorting by staff. - Additional bags are for sale in the store. - Recycling areas are located near offices/stores. Laundry Policy: - Laundry Room Is located in the block bathhouse, open 24 hours. - Detergent, softener, and quarters are available in the campground store during regular hours. - Washers are $2.00 per load, and dryers are $1.00 for 40 minutes. - Remember to empty the lint screen if using the dryer. - Leave doors open after taking your clothes out. - Please help keep it clean by picking it up after yourself. Garbage Policy: - Garbage You are given one BROWN bag for your use. - When the bag is full or at the end of your stay, please put it into the dumpster located by the bathhouses. - All fish cleaning is allowed in the fish cleaning house only. - Deposit remains in cans located outside the fish cleaning house. - Please take your broken lawn chairs, appliances, and auto parts home with you. - No dishwashing in bathroom sinks. Fishing Policy: - Fishing Wisconsin fishing licenses are required for fishing in Buffalo Lake. - Bait & tackle is available for sale during regular store hours. - There are Largemouth Bass, Northern pike, Perch, Bluegill, Crappie, and Catfish in Buffalo Lake (a flowage of the Fox River). - Fishing is allowed off of any of our piers. - We offer free boat docking on the wood piers, first come first serve, or we have boat slips for rent on the white piers for $8.00 per day or $40.00 per week plus tax. Boat/Canoe/Kayak Rental Policy: - Boat, canoe, and kayak rental daily rate 8 am-8 pm $30.00+tax, Hourly Rate - $7.00+tax, 2-hour minimum, $50.00 deposit must be 18 and over, or parent signature required. Smoking Policy: - No Smoking As per State regulations, smoking is not allowed in any public building. - Including, but not limited to, restrooms, showers, store, arcade, cabin, cottage, or park model rentals. Bike Rental Policy: - Bike Rental 8am - 8pm 1 & 2 seater - ½ hour $5.00+tax or 1 hour $7.00+tax, $10.00 deposit and parent signature required. - 4 seater - ½ hour $10.00+tax or 1 hour $15.00+tax, $20.00 deposit and a parent signature required. Reservations Policy: - All phone or email reservations require a 100% deposit within 7 days from the date reservation is made. - When your reservation is over a weekend or Holiday, prior to your stay, we will email the weekend activity schedule during the week. General Policy: - Camping is an outdoor experience. Therefore, we do not give refunds due to the discomforts of nature. - Our park is privately owned; we reserve the right to remove any violator(s) without a refund and will not be responsible for accidents or injury to our guests or for loss of money or valuables at any time. - Please do not walk or ride through other sites. - Store hours vary with the season & are posted at the store. - Wisconsin State Law prohibits the dumping of any wastewater onto the ground. - Please notify the office of any situation that requires our attention. Coronavirus Health Requirements and Waiver of Liability Policy: - Campers are aware that the Coronavirus pandemic has led to a declaration of emergency by the President of the United States. - Our Campground will be open but only under health and safety rules which minimize the risk of transmission of the virus. - We cannot be open for anyone, or allow any guest to remain unless we have full compliance with the safety and health rules. - Camper understands that social distancing and other health requirements are not optional and will be enforced. - Camper also agrees that in the event that the Campground determines it is necessary to ask Camper or Camper’s group of guests to leave the Campground for any reason, Camper will immediately and peacefully leave the Campground. - I agree not to go to a different customer’s campsite until specifically invited. - We expect all of our customers to avoid behavior that is disrespectful to other customers or limits other customers' ability to maintain social distancing if that is what they want to do. - Any social gatherings, even if they are on an individual's campsite, may be asked to disband or reduce a number on a case-by-case basis. - We ask customers to please try to keep their groups down to the smallest possible size. - Consider catching up with different groups of your friends at different times. - Campers who decide to stay at the Campground are aware that the Campground cannot guarantee that the sanitary and other measures employed by the Campground will prevent COVID-19 or any other infectious disease. - Campers agree that they stay at the Campground at their own risk. - Campers agree that Campground is not liable to Campers for infections sustained or experienced by the Camper. - In the event that Camper should, notwithstanding this waiver, assert any claim against the Campground, Camper waives any right to trial by jury. - Any claim shall be heard in an arbitration conducted according to the rules of the American Arbitration Association, applying the laws of the State of Wisconsin.

The three-number rating that accompanies each campground listing in the directory gives readers an at-a-glance assessment of a campground's amenities, cleanliness and environment. All three ratings categories are measured on a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being the best. Less than 1 percent of parks or campgrounds receive the coveted 10 | 10 | 10 rating, which indicates superior facilities that are well maintained, clean, well-appointed restrooms and a highly appealing appearance. Campgrounds are inspected annually by dedicated RVers like you.
Completeness of facilities
The first campground rating evaluates completeness and quality of facilities. In this category we rate interior roads, sites, registration area, hookups, recreation, swimming, security, laundry, store and building maintenance.
Cleanliness of restrooms and showers
The second rating category concerns the cleanliness and physical characteristics of toilets, walls, showers, sinks/counters/mirrors and floor. If a park achieves a full point in each of the above, it receives a star ( ), indicating exceptionally clean restrooms.
Also rated are physical characteristics of restrooms, including interior construction, adequate supplies/odor free, adequate number of facilities, exterior appearance and location in relation to park spaces, and interior appearance.
Visual appeal and environmental quality
This category addresses the park's setting and site layout, function and identification of signage, overall exterior building maintenance, noise, trash disposal, litter and debris around the grounds and sites, and appearance of grounds, sites and entrance area.
