Welcome to the park!

To ensure the comfort and safety of our guests, please abide by the following rules:

Arrival and Check In - Check-In is 1 PM. - Checkout is 12 PM. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. - Anyone under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult. - Site fees allow for two guests. Additional charges may apply for more than two guests. - Solid sewer connections and water pressure regulators are REQUIRED. If necessary, you may purchase these at check-in. - Basic Wi-Fi is provided at no cost. Premium Wi-Fi for streaming, file transfers, and high speed is available for an additional charge. - All Spot2Nite reservations require payment in full at the time of booking. - See additional rules on your welcome guide at check-in. Pets are welcome. - All pets must remain on a leash no longer than 6 feet while outside. - Pets must remain under supervision at all times, never being left alone outside. - Pets that cause a nuisance to other guests will be required to leave the park. - All pet droppings must be picked up by the pet owner, bagged, and placed in the dumpster. - Aggressive animals and breeds are not allowed in the park. - Pets are not allowed inside the clubhouse, laundry room, bathhouse, or cabin. - If a guest does not follow these pet rules, then the guest will be required to leave the park without a refund.

Refunds be given in accordance with the Cancellation Policy below: Spot2Nite booking fees are non-refundable.

FLEXIBLE If the guest cancels at least 3 days before their check-in day and time, they will receive a full refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience or resort fees). If the guest cancels within the 3 days before check-in, there will be no refund.
