Welcome to the park!
To ensure the comfort and safety of our guests, please abide by the following rules:
Check-In & Check-Out - RV SITES Check-In Time – 12 pm Check-Out Time – 11 am - CABINS Check-In Time – 3 pm Check-Out Time – 11 am - For all arrivals after the office is closed, please check the front door for your map and directions to your site. - If you do not have a reservation, please see the map with available sites and follow the instructions. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Site Locations Policy - All site numbers are subject to change prior to arrival unless a site lock fee was paid with your reservation. - All certified RV types are permitted unless prevented by specific site constraints, such as length. - Tents are only permitted on designated sites. - Sites must be cleaned up of garbage and debris prior to departure. - Additional cleaning charges may result for sites requiring cleaning. Minimum Stay Policy - A two-night minimum stay is required on some holidays. - Please check with the office for specific dates as they are subject to change. General Sales & Lodging Tax Policy - All accommodations are subject to a 8.27% sales tax and 6% lodging tax. Office Hours Policy - 8 am – 6 pm - Seasonal Hours are subject to change Laundry Policy - 24 hours - Change is available in the office during business hours Pool Policy - 10 am – 9 pm Seasonal * Opens Memorial Day/Closes Labor Day - There is NO lifeguard on duty – Swim and Play at your own risk. Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult. - Pool Rules are posted and must be followed at all times or you will be asked to leave the pool area. Quite Time Policy - 10:00 pm – 7 am Speed Limit Policy - 5 MPH - Failure to obey the speed limit may result in removal from the park with NO refund. Deliveries & Pick-Ups Policy - Packages may be delivered to the office. - It is your responsibility to pick up your packages. - Guests can not have mail forwarded upon leaving the park. - USPS will not allow you to put in a forwarding request from a business. - Delivery Drivers must obey the speed limit and it is your responsibility to inform them of the rules. Site Etiquette Policy - All vehicles must stay on paved roads and designated campsite parking areas. - Be considerate to your neighbors – noise, smell, and light shall not disturb other guests. - Do NOT walk or drive through other sites. - Campsites must be neatly maintained and free of rubbish. - Any person who defaces, injures or destroys park property or equipment, or whose children or pets or guests do so, will be held liable for the full cost of damages. Trash Policy - We have two dumpsters on site and are located on the park map for your use. - Do NOT dispose of household furniture or hazardous materials. Sewer Policy - A secure sewer connection is required at both ends of your sewer line. Campfires Policy - Wood campfires are permitted in a contained pit with a lid and/or propane firepits providing there are no fire bans. - Please see the office for local fire restrictions. - Do not leave fires unattended and make sure to put them out completely. Smoking Policy - There is NO smoking allowed at/in any park facilities, including the pool, restrooms, or laundry. - Dispose of all cigarettes or there will be a $50 clean-up fee. - Smoking is not allowed in the building or within 25 feet of any building. Pet Policy - Our Campgrounds are pet-friendly and welcome our guests who enjoy traveling and sharing their camping experience with the family dog and/or cat. However, to ensure all of our guests have a safe and enjoyable time, it is important that you read and abide by the following pet policy: - Aggressive dogs of any breed are not welcome. - If your dog shows behavior that is protective and unfriendly to strangers, please leave them at home. - If you decide to bring your dog and it exhibits this type of behavior, the manager of the campground will ask you to please find other camping accommodations. - All pets are required to be under the control and visual observation of their owner at all times. - A six-foot (6’) leash rule is in effect whenever the animal is outside the owner’s camping trailer, vehicle, cabin, or motor home. No pet should be left tied up and unattended outside the owner’s camping equipment. - Pet owners are required to pick up after their pets while on property. - Allowing your pet to bark uncontrollably day or night will not be permitted and you may be asked to leave if you are not able to control your pet’s barking behavior. - Pet rules unique to the location will be addressed at the time of reservation or registration to include the maximum pets allowed. - We encourage all dog owners to call in advance to inquire about any specific rules that might apply to their situation. - We have a few Cabins that are pet friendly. Please call in to inquire about availability for you and your pet. - Service dogs of any breed are welcome. However, these animals must follow leash restraint policies and may not exhibit aggressive behavior. Occupancy Policy - 2 persons included (6 person maximum) - Children under 14 are free (included in the maximum allowed) - Additional persons are $5 per person/per night Vehicles Policy - RV Sites are permitted one habitable vehicle and one non-habitable vehicle. - Additional vehicles are $10 per day and may have to park in our overflow areas. - All vehicles must be registered in the office and a parking pass will be issued for additional vehicles. - Cabins are permitted one vehicle at each site. - Parking arrangements can be made through the office for other vehicles and/or trailers based on the availability of space for an additional $10 per vehicle per day fee. - RV Washing is permitted only with a Wash Permit (purchase at the office). Visitors Policy - Campers are responsible for their visitors. - They must be registered at the office and pay the $10 per person, per day fee as required. - Visitors may stay overnight following their day access as long as the site does not exceed the six-person maximum occupancy. - Parents are responsible for all children under the age of 14 while staying at the park. - Please monitor all children when at or away from your campsite. Children Policy - Parents are responsible for their children at all times. - Children under 14 years of age must have a parent accompanying them at all times. - All children must be at their sites by 9:00 pm. Generator Usage Policy - Generators are not to be run at any time. Cabin Policy - Smoking, cooking, or pets are not permitted in the cabins. Empty Sites Policy - Please do not drive or walk through empty sites. Fire Policy - Open fires are not allowed in the Park. Pool & Hot Tub Policy - Pool & Hot Tub hours are 9:00 am - 9:00 pm (weather permitting and seasonal). - Children under 14 must have an adult present at all times in them at all times in the Pool & Hot Tub machine - Please observe all posted rules in the Pool & Hot Tub area. Change Without Notice - Please note that rates and policies are subject to change without notice.

How to read Good Sam Ratings
The three-number rating that accompanies each campground listing in the directory gives readers an at-a-glance assessment of a campground's amenities, cleanliness and environment. All three ratings categories are measured on a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being the best. Less than 1 percent of parks or campgrounds receive the coveted 10 | 10 | 10 rating, which indicates superior facilities that are well maintained, clean, well-appointed restrooms and a highly appealing appearance. Campgrounds are inspected annually by dedicated RVers like you.
Completeness of facilities
The first campground rating evaluates completeness and quality of facilities. In this category we rate interior roads, sites, registration area, hookups, recreation, swimming, security, laundry, store and building maintenance.
Cleanliness of restrooms and showers
The second rating category concerns the cleanliness and physical characteristics of toilets, walls, showers, sinks/counters/mirrors and floor. If a park achieves a full point in each of the above, it receives a star ( ), indicating exceptionally clean restrooms.
Also rated are physical characteristics of restrooms, including interior construction, adequate supplies/odor free, adequate number of facilities, exterior appearance and location in relation to park spaces, and interior appearance.
Visual appeal and environmental quality
This category addresses the park's setting and site layout, function and identification of signage, overall exterior building maintenance, noise, trash disposal, litter and debris around the grounds and sites, and appearance of grounds, sites and entrance area.
