Welcome to the park!
To ensure the comfort and safety of our guests, please abide by the following rules:
Check-In Procedure - Check-In: 12 Noon (MST). - Check-Out: 12 Noon (MST). - Sites must be vacated by noon (MST). - Cabin check-in is at 3 p.m. (MST). - Cabin check-out 11 a.m. (MST). - Sites must be vacated by 11:00 (MST). - Please re-register before then if you plan to stay another day or arrange for a late departure. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. General Campground Guidelines - We’ve established the following general campground guidelines to help insure your safety and your enjoyment, while in our park and the same to our other guests. - Those who choose not to observe these guidelines can be asked to leave our park without any form of refund. Extensions - Extensions must be approved by the office before the day of departure. - Extra fees apply. Quiet Hour - Quiet Time: 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Site Occupancy - Only one (1) RV is allowed per campsite. Children Policy - Please watch for children and pets. - Guests are responsible for all behavior of children. - All children under the age of 14 years must be accompanied by an adult 18 years or older. - Parents are responsible for all activities of their and their guests' children. Safety After Dark - To ensure safety after dark, please carry a flashlight. - No bike or scooter riding after dark. Trash Policy - Please place all garbage in designated dumpsters located around the park. - Recycle containers for paper, plastic, and aluminum are available at each dumpster site. - Please place trash in the receptacles provided. - Littering will not be tolerated. Fire Policy - Campfires are NOT permitted in American RV Resort. Grills - Only gas grills are allowed in the park. - Wood or charcoal grills are NOT allowed. Clotheslines - Not permitted. Illegal Activities - Prohibited on park property including BB, Airsoft, and pellet guns. Pet Policy - Your pets are welcome if kept under control, quiet, cleaned up after, and kept inside at night. - Pets are welcome, but must be kept on leashes (six-foot maximum length) or inside and must not be left unattended. - No excessive barking allowed. - Pets must be walked by a responsible person to pick up after them immediately. - Pets are not allowed in or near any American RV Resort buildings, bathrooms, pool, hot tub, or playground areas. - No pets may be left outside the RV unattended at any time. - They are prohibited due to health codes. - Maximum of 3 Pets allowed. - No outside pet cages or kennels. Swimming Pool and SPA Policy - No Lifeguard is on Duty. - Children under 14 must be supervised by an adult (18 years or older). - Anyone behaving in an unsafe or destructive manner will be removed from the pool area. - Only bathing suits are permitted in the pool, and no cotton material is permitted like cut-offs or t-shirts. - All people use the pool at their own risk. - No one under 14 is allowed in the spa. - Please shower before entering the pool or spa. Smoking Policy - Smoking is not allowed in any park building playground area or swimming pool. Visitors - Your visitors are always welcome at American RV Resort, provided they register at our main office. - Registered guests and their visitors are expected to read and adhere to all campground guidelines. - Guidelines are presented at the time of check-in. - All your visitors must leave the campground by 10 p.m. Vehicle Policy - No battery-operated vehicles or motor-driven cycles, bikes, scooters, or golf carts are to be driven in the park. Vehicle Repairs - Vehicles and RVs are not permitted in the park. - You may check with the local listings for businesses that provide these services. Washing of Vehicles - You are permitted to wash your RV for a fee. - Fee charged, pay at the office. - Please check with our main office for more details. Speed Limit - The speed Limit is 10 mph. - Please observe our speed limit to ensure the safety of all our guests. - Remember that children are playing! Violation of these Guidelines - Grounds for ejection from the park without refund. Messages - If you are expecting messages, please check at the central office. - Emergency messages will be delivered to your site. Mail Service - Available for guests - Please check with our head office for more details. Payment - We accept all Major Credit Cards, cash, or money orders. - Sorry, no checks. Deposits - One night’s rate is taken when the reservation is booked. - Holiday: The full reservation amount must be paid at booking. Sewer Policy - Ground disposal of any drain water (gray or black) is prohibited by State Law. - Wastewater from RVs (including sink water) must be disposed of into sewer drains. - Do not put grease down the sewer. - Sewer connections are required by state law and must have a tight seal by a sewer donut (or sewer ring) or a screw-type connector. Personal Property - We are not responsible for damage, injury, or loss by theft, accident, or fire to either the property or person of any registered person or their guest. - Please do not flush sanitary products (even flushable wipes or paper towels) down the sewer! Campground Disclaimer - Management reserves the right to refuse service, limit the length of stay and the number of persons or vehicles per site, and/or evict any person or party without a refund. - Park staff are not allowed to work on RVs belonging to guests. - Camping is an outdoor experience, therefore we do not give refunds due to the whims of Mother Nature! - The Management and Staff welcome you to our Park. - We hope your stay with us is enjoyable, and please come again soon!

How to read Good Sam Ratings
The three-number rating that accompanies each campground listing in the directory gives readers an at-a-glance assessment of a campground's amenities, cleanliness and environment. All three ratings categories are measured on a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being the best. Less than 1 percent of parks or campgrounds receive the coveted 10 | 10 | 10 rating, which indicates superior facilities that are well maintained, clean, well-appointed restrooms and a highly appealing appearance. Campgrounds are inspected annually by dedicated RVers like you.
Completeness of facilities
The first campground rating evaluates completeness and quality of facilities. In this category we rate interior roads, sites, registration area, hookups, recreation, swimming, security, laundry, store and building maintenance.
Cleanliness of restrooms and showers
The second rating category concerns the cleanliness and physical characteristics of toilets, walls, showers, sinks/counters/mirrors and floor. If a park achieves a full point in each of the above, it receives a star ( ), indicating exceptionally clean restrooms.
Also rated are physical characteristics of restrooms, including interior construction, adequate supplies/odor free, adequate number of facilities, exterior appearance and location in relation to park spaces, and interior appearance.
Visual appeal and environmental quality
This category addresses the park's setting and site layout, function and identification of signage, overall exterior building maintenance, noise, trash disposal, litter and debris around the grounds and sites, and appearance of grounds, sites and entrance area.
