To ensure the comfort and safety of our guests, please abide by the following rules:

Check-In Procedure - The park office hours are from 8-5 PM. - PLEASE CHECK IN AT THE OFFICE UPON ARRIVAL! - If you will be arriving after 5:00 PM, please contact the park directly for late accommodations BEFORE 5 PM on the date of your arrival. - Cabin check-out is at 11 AM, however, any other camping reservations (RV & Tent Camping) may check out at 2 PM. - Check-In: 2 pm - Check-Out: 11 am - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager makes the ultimate decision for spot placement. Reservation Policy - We Do Not take any reservations past 9:00 PM at the park. Smoking Policy - Please note that ALL cabins are non-smoking cabins. - If you smoke in the cabins, you will be charged a $100 cleaning fee and possibly have your visiting rights revoked. - Thank you for following the city laws. Swim Beach Policy - We now have a swim beach that is sandy and the sand goes all the way into the water. - Swimming only in the roped-off area. - Please note that there is to be absolutely no alcohol on the swim beach and there are no dogs and no glass allowed on the swim beach. - No diving, jumping, or swimming around the boat dock. - Also, there is NO PARKING in the swim/boat dock area. - Again, if you break this rule, you will either be ticketed by the local law enforcement, towed, or asked to leave the park Quiet Hours Policy - Please be considerate of other campers. - We ask that you observe quiet hours after 10 p.m. Stone Lodge and Open Air Shelter Reservations Policy - Please note that when booking the Stone Lodge and Open Air Shelter it is a DAY RENTAL ONLY. - There are *NO* overnight stays. - If you wish to stay overnight, you must also book an overnight site (Tent, Cabin, RV). Solely for online booking purposes, the check-in date will be the *day you would like to use the pavilion* and the check-out date will be the following day. - Again, you will *not* be staying overnight. Speed Limit Policy - Please be mindful and follow the speed limit within the park. Pet Policy - Please keep your pet leashed and attended to at all times. - We ask that pet waste is cleaned up after. - While we are pet friendly, please note that your pet needs to be on a leash at all times when out in the park, and while they can swim in the lake, they are not allowed on the sandy beach or swimming in the swim area. - All cabins are pet-friendly. - If damage is done to a cabin, an additional $100 fee will be added. Refunds be given in accordance with the Cancellation Policy below: Spot2Nite booking fees are non-refundable.

Campground Cancellation Policy - 100% refund until 7 days prior to check-in. 50% percent refund 3 days prior, then 2 days prior the reservation is no longer refundable. - Note: All refund calculations exclude the RoverPass service fees and credit card processing, which are non-refundable. RoverPass Cancellation Policy - The platform and processing fees are non-refundable. - All Spot2Nite reservations require payment in full at the time of booking. - Please contact Spot2Nite to cancel a reservation via email to cancellations@spot2nite.com or call (877)778-2683, Option 1. - Spot2Nite convenience fees and credit card processing fees are non-refundable.
