Welcome to the park!
To ensure the comfort and safety of our guests, please abide by the following rules:
Check-in Procedure - RV Check-In: Noon. - Cabin/Wagon Check-In: 2:00 PM. - Check-Out: 11:00 AM. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Disclaimer Under Missouri law, a private campground owner or an employee or officer of a private campground owner is not liable for any injury to or the death of a person or any property damage resulting from the inherent risks of camping under the Revised Statutes of Missouri. Liability - We assume no responsibility for loss due to fire, theft, or accidents to persons or private property. EV charging - No Electric Vehicle Charging at the campsite electric hook-ups. Speed Limit - Please observe our 10 mph speed limit, and watch for children playing. Extending Your Stay - Please notify the Office before 10:00 am if you wish to extend your stay (subject to availability). Electricity - After unplugging your RV, please return the breaker to the ON position; it may supply power to your neighbor’s cable system. - We require all guests to connect to the proper amp service. Parking - Please do not park on our grass! Park only on graveled or paved areas. Help protect our landscaping. - Do not park your vehicle in another site unless you are paying for that site. Occupancy - Only one camping unit and one towing vehicle or car per site is allowed. - No rugs or carpeting on the grass. - Do not walk through an occupied campsite or allow your pet to wander or relieve himself on someone else’s campsite. - Pick up after your pet. Sewer Gaskets/elbows Are Required - If you do not have one, it may be purchased at our store. Trash - Please bag your trash and set it on the side of the road in front of your rig by 11:00 am, and it will be picked up. - Please do not place it outside at night, and make sure that the bag is tied shut as we have friendly night animals who might make a mess. Quiet Hours - Please be courteous to our other guests, and observe quiet hours from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am. Laundry - Clotheslines are not permitted. - We have a full laundry facility available. Vehicle Washing - You are invited to use our private RV/Car Wash located on the Campground. - A change machine is provided at the wash area. - No washing of rigs or tow cars in individual sites or other like services – unless done professionally. Restroom - Please help us keep the bath, laundry room, and game room clean by picking up after yourself. - If anything needs attention, please contact the Office immediately. - For your protection, do not give lock combination to others. - People asking for the combination should be referred to the Office. - Restrooms are closed for cleaning from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm. Smoking Guidelines - No smoking in any of the Campground buildings. - Please dispose of butts in an ashtray and not on the ground. - No smoking in the cabins. Portable Toilet - No portable toilet disposal is allowed in the bathhouse. - Please use sewer at your site or our Dump Station. Pool - There is no lifeguard. - Swim at your own risk. - All children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. - No bare feet or wet bathing suits in Campground buildings. - No glass containers in pool and spa area. No pets in Pool area. Spa - No children under 5 years old at any time. - Children 5 to 14 with parent only. Air Compressor - Located near the RV/Car Wash, available for our guests at no charge. Motorized Vehicles - All people operating a motorized vehicle in the campground must possess a valid driver’s license. Children - Please avoid accidents and injuries by accompanying your children to the playground. - We cannot be responsible for accidents. - Play at your own risk. Visitors - All visitors must register at the Office and pay a fee prior to using Campground facilities. Fires - Personally supplied free standing fire pits are allowed. - No outside wood permitted. - Wood bundles are for sale at the office. Cabin Rentals - There is absolutely no smoking in or around the cabins. - There are absolutely no pets allowed in or around the cabins. - Cabins must be clean and damage free. (See description on #7.) - Please do not allow anyone to get on the mattress covers with their shoes on. - Failure to follow rules 1,2,3, and/or 4 will result in up to a $150.00 cleaning fee. - Keys and Remotes must be returned to the office upon departure. - If not returned, a fee not to exceed $100 will be assessed. - Guests will be held accountable for all damages that occur during their occupancy (excluding normal wear and tear). - A cleaning or repair fee will be assessed if cabins are damaged or “trashed”. - A cleaning list is posted in each cabin to provide you with departure tidying tasks. - You may park on the gravel in front of your cabin, but please do not park on our grass. Camper Cabin Guests - You are required to use the bathhouse, not the bushes or back of the cabin. - Only one vehicle is allowed to park per cabin. - Additional vehicles must be parked in the overflow parking area by the lodge. - Please ask at the front desk where you may park. $4 per night per extra vehicle. - All visitors must register at the office. - There is a $5.00 per person charge for visitors who use any of the ABC facilities. - No linens or maid services are provided for the cabins. - Guests are responsible for setting out their trash at the designated place and time. - Under Missouri law, a private campground owner or an employee or officer of a private campground owner is not liable for any injury to or the death of a person or any property damage resulting from the inherent risks of camping under the Revised Statutes of Missouri. Guidelines for Pet Owners - Pets are allowed on a leash no more than 6 feet long attached to a responsible person. - All pets must be registered at our front office and current immunization records must be presented upon request. - Pets are not allowed around the pool, playground, grass of any other campers and in any of the ABC buildings. - No pets are allowed in the cabins. - Please use pet walk areas and clean up after your pet. - Do not leave your pet on a leash, in a pen or on a porch unattended at any time. - Your campsite must be clean and free from pet deposits at all times, including when you depart. - Do not allow your pet to annoy others. - Failure to follow pet rules will result in your being asked to leave the campground and no refund will be given. Dog Park - Dogs must be under control (voice or leash) of their owners at all times. - Any dog behaving aggressively must be immediately controlled and removed from the dog park. - Pick up dog waste immediately and dispose of properly. - Use dog park at your own risk. - No female dogs in heat allowed. - Owners are responsible for their dog’s behavior at all times.

Campground Cancellation Policy RV Sites: If the guest cancels at any time there will be a 20% cancelation fee (minus Spot2Nite convenience or resort fees). Cabins and Wagons: If the guest cancels at least 1 week before your check-in day and time, they will receive a 50% refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience or resort fees). If the guest cancels within 1 week before check-in, there will be no refund.

How to read Good Sam Ratings
The three-number rating that accompanies each campground listing in the directory gives readers an at-a-glance assessment of a campground's amenities, cleanliness and environment. All three ratings categories are measured on a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being the best. Less than 1 percent of parks or campgrounds receive the coveted 10 | 10 | 10 rating, which indicates superior facilities that are well maintained, clean, well-appointed restrooms and a highly appealing appearance. Campgrounds are inspected annually by dedicated RVers like you.
Completeness of facilities
The first campground rating evaluates completeness and quality of facilities. In this category we rate interior roads, sites, registration area, hookups, recreation, swimming, security, laundry, store and building maintenance.
Cleanliness of restrooms and showers
The second rating category concerns the cleanliness and physical characteristics of toilets, walls, showers, sinks/counters/mirrors and floor. If a park achieves a full point in each of the above, it receives a star ( ), indicating exceptionally clean restrooms.
Also rated are physical characteristics of restrooms, including interior construction, adequate supplies/odor free, adequate number of facilities, exterior appearance and location in relation to park spaces, and interior appearance.
Visual appeal and environmental quality
This category addresses the park's setting and site layout, function and identification of signage, overall exterior building maintenance, noise, trash disposal, litter and debris around the grounds and sites, and appearance of grounds, sites and entrance area.
