WOW another nice and clean campground. The lady at the front desk realy knows what she is doing.Beautifull view from the site of the glacier in the back.Very quiet night. The place is super clean.Keep the good work.
We checked in for 1 night to start with and paid $35 CAD. The lady on check in was helpful and friendly. Park is pretty much a car park with some grass between sites, but was fine for us. Site wasn't level but we used a plank which was fine - we're used to it. Wifi was terrible, took 5 mins to send a 2 line, plain text email! Websites wouldn't load. We decided to stay a second night to explore the area, so went to re register at 10.50am, (check out was 11am). Different lady on check in and... Read More

We decided to stay a second night to explore the area, so went to re register at 10.50am, (check out was 11am). Different lady on check in and she was incredibly rude! Complained we were late re registering, even though it was before 11am. She said they might have booked our site, she hadn't. When we phoned to book originally we were told there was no need to book anyway as they weren't busy. She then proceeded to charge us $37.50, not the $35 we paid the previous day. When I queried this later, as we were on our way out, she said we were charged extra as we had 3 adults - nope we are 2 adults and 1 child. She said our 13 year old counts as an adult! I asked why should we pay extra, when we were expecting to pay the same as the previous day. The lady who checked us in the previous day was there and admitted she charged us $35, which was what we were told when we phoned too! The rude woman wouldn't budge even though it was their mistake. In 4 years on the road we have never experienced such incredible rudeness from a campground owner, (we figure she was the owner). I woukd never stay here again - customer service is clearly an alien concept! I have never left a poor review for anywhere before which just shows how rude this woman was!

Very friendly staff and well maintained sites. Lovely place to stay with the mountains surrounding. Immaculate! 35.00 cdn overnight
Clean well maintained campground in a beautiful setting. The bathrooms and showers are clean and well maintained. Personnel were very friendly and helpful. The camp sites do not afford a lot of privacy, however, the open views of the surrounding mountains more than make up for this minor shortfall.
This campground is an exception ! Well maintained, nice sized sites, awesome restrooms & showers and the most wonderful water !! Quiet and accommadating folks. Best kept seceret in BC. The setting alone rates 10+ and the grounds yield nice green grass and an function available area that would be great for family reunions and the like. Just plain NICE !!
The park was a pleasure to pull into and out of. We loved the dog walk - and the dogs did too! The staff were extremely helpful. There's no doubt we will stop here again.
Irvins is a fantastic campground that is located just outside Jasper Park. The staff are pleasant and helpful. The restrooms are immaculate the grounds are easily accessed. We drove in with a a 33' motor home pulling a 20' trailer and had no problem maneuvering at the park. We will be staying here as often as possible.
