About 90 % of the campground are full time/seasonal residents. All we had met were true and respectful campers. Tenting sites are next to the lake. RV sites further back but have a decent view of the lake and trees, most are pull-thru. There is a small play set for young children and is pet-friendly. Washrooms are kept reasonably clean and in good working order. RV sites are not level or spacious. Fire pits are provided but the proximity to your neighbor makes it questionable to pursue (unless you are tenting). Wood is for sale and they do give a large load for $20.00. The owner/operators are pleasant and helpful folks who seem to be making an effort to maintain and improve their campground. Easy access to the city of Vernon and surrounding area.
