We stayed there Oct 2nd and 3rd. We were traveling south with 2 other couples and we had meticulously picked out the the 3 adjoining sites we wanted. We reserved and paid for the sites well in advance and received confirmation. We were notified by email the day before arrival that it was time to "check-in" which I did without checking the site number. When we arrived, we realized that they had changed our site number and there was another camper in our site. They put us across the campground in... Read More

We reserved and paid for the sites well in advance and received confirmation. We were notified by email the day before arrival that it was time to "check-in" which I did without checking the site number. When we arrived, we realized that they had changed our site number and there was another camper in our site. They put us across the campground in an inferior site and split up our party This WAS UNACCEPTIBLE and a deal breaker. The campground was not full and there was absolutely NO reason for it. Employees couldn't explain why, only that "the computer" does it and there's nothing they can do about it. Not unless you pay the extra $18.00 when you make your reservation. We will never go back and will warn all of our RV friends to stay away!
