Our beautiful park features great amenities and 174 RV sites. Whether you’re visiting or living here, you will enjoy all that Desert Willow RV Resort Park and adjacent Willow Oak Estates Mobile Home Park have to offer!
This is a nice park, but now they only do month-long leases. You have to be there in person to get a lease. They also restrict dogs to less than 20 pounds. NOT A NIGHTLY OR WEEKLY STOP ANY LONGER! SAD!
This place has more permanent residents than traveling RVs. Normally that would be a bad thing, but here it works great. Sites are clean, many rules in place to keep the lifers in check, like one rule if you are a permanent your dog must be under 45lbs. We had a Great Dane, but totally allowed as we are traveling through. Very friendly staff making check in easy. Lots/sites were very clean & level. The permanent people required to keep theirs sites un-cluttered. All areas like pool/office/restrooms... Read More

Only negative was the showers/restrooms were toward the back, pretty good walk if you are traveling through RVer. Far enough I decided not to use them & just use the trailer. No fenced dog park, but lots of grassy area near the office marked for dogs. Lots of foot traffic due to perms walking to local venues.
This is a great stop if you are traveling through lower CA. Restaurants/grocery/target within walking distance,

We recently stayed one night at this RV park as we passed through Hesperia. Granted we checked in after the office closed and left before it opened but there was no access to restrooms or showers provided. The restrooms were locked with key. Since we paid full price, it would have been nice to use a shower. Perhaps a coded lock, which is common at many RV parks, could be installed so that later arriving guests could be allowed access to the amenities they paid for.
and now there is no cable tv and the price hasn't changed. Yet on there web site it still offers cable!
This is a very nice RV park. The facilities are good, the dog walking area is great and the sites are nice. The wifi and TV are marginal but the park is close (walking distance) to good restaurants, gas and propane.
Upon check in , we discovered they would not take cash, Master card or bank cards even though Good Sam site says they take Master card, Their own site does not mention any restrictions on payment, We had to get another guest to pay for us and we gave him cash. The pull through site is narrow gravel and the tree on one side and the very tall electrical panel did not allow us to open the slides so we moved. The Manager did not appear concerned about customer service. This is a good one to drive by... Read More

We have stayed at this park a number of times with the most recent being this Jan. The daily/weekly sites are all gravel pull-throughs and most do not have patio slabs. Monthly sites are mostly back in on gravel, but most have patio slabs. No tables are provided at any of the sites that we could see. Laundry is a little small, 5 washers, 4 driers and is coin operated. You will need to ask for a separate coupon for every device you want to connect to the wifi, but the wifi was pretty fair for reliability... Read More

The spa shown in the slides of the park is not the one for the RV section, it is an indoor spa. The park has good security with coded gates at night and frequent security patrols. Some of the pull-throughs can be tight, especially if you have several slides, but we have always been able to position OK.

We recently booked a stay at Willow Oaks Park, in Hesperia, CA, based largely on their Good Sam listing (9.5, 9, and 7.5) and their website. We arrived on Thursday, October 1, and paid for four nights in advance ($148.00). Our experience was quite different than what was promised. Our site was basically a space on a gravel parking lot, with little space between rigs. Their listing says cable access - but after you have paid you find that is only for monthly occupants. Since we couldn't have cable access, the site says, "The club house includes a big screen television and comfortable seating area. . ." Looking through the window of the locked door, we saw a television with two old, saggy couches next to it. When we tried to gain access, we were told you could only go in if paying to reserve the club house.
Because of health issues, a spa is one of the reasons for us to choose a campground. Their "indoor spa" was quite anemic, not all of the jets were operational, the spa did not appear to be properly maintained and was in an old, dirty, cell with bars on the window.
BBQs and picnic tables that are pictured on their website are not anywhere near where you are parked.
First thing in the morning, I went to the office to say we would not be staying, and explained our dissatisfaction. I was referred to the sign which claims, "No refunds are given for early departure for any reason."

Longest list of rules of all kinds, ever. Says "pet friendly," but stated that ALL pet excrement, including feces, vomit and urine, was to be immediately disposed of. (Besides doodoo bags, you should probably also carry water cans when walking your dog.) No dog park or run, just the streets where the RVs are parked. No animals they list as "aggressive" or may, at any time, consider aggressive. You must ask for a ticket for each device you need wifi for, or they will only give you one. Three... Read More
