First off the photos on the website for this park is false advertising. The pic is from an RV show at the fair grounds and not of the RV park. We should know we have been going to the fair here for years. They would be afraid to post a pic of what it really looks like. We have pix to show what it really looks like. We are life time GoodSam members. We have been going to this RV park off and on due to family living in the area. Sadly this is the only RV park for travelers in the area unless you... Read More

We are life time GoodSam members. We have been going to this RV park off and on due to family living in the area. Sadly this is the only RV park for travelers in the area unless you go out of the way to Acton. Every time we go there we see more and more problems. They have a list of 29 rules, out of those 29 rules we have seen 17 of those rule violated on a daily bases. If that needs more clarification then how about these to list a few of them, drug deals going on (it doesn't take a rocket scientist to know), people coming into your space shopping over your chairs and what ever you have out while they think your gone, homeless using the facilities, racing vehicles in the park, people using their space for a work place, loud noise 24/7, you think your parked in the worst slums in the country, it is posted monthly now but, it is year round judging by the stuff piled up around the rvs that haven't moved since the last time we were there. We know people have lost their homes but, now their in this park and they don't care about what their space looks like or the fact that your looking for a nice quite place to stop over while visiting relatives. There is no security on site, the manager never answers her door (her place is just as bad), if you call the fair grounds you get a recording. Their web site doesn't work to pay by card so you have to pay cash. Their cover pic shows an RV show for what their park looks like. It is a lie. Asphalt park surrounded by trash next to the fair grounds that hose dirt bike racing, motorcycle testing, and apparently street racing every night. Oh and in 2020 the spaces were $20 to $25 depending on the space, Now it's $40 to $45. They should pay us to stay at this dump. We have traveled to all the lower 48 states, some great parks and some not so. This is worse then most. We have come to the conclusion that we either drive to Acton or get a hotel and park the RV in the hotel parking lot next time we come to visit relatives.

30 amp back-in sites are $25 per night, the pull-thru sites are 30 or 50 amp and $30 per night. Both are full hook-ups.There is no dog walk, although there is a field across the street. The showers didn't have any benches or hooks. There is no security at the RV park. No cameras or anything. The WiFi was not very good. I stayed in site 17, a 30 amp back-in spot in my class A MH. I felt the price is $5 - $10 too much for what you get. They do allow dump for $5, but you have to use one of the sites,... Read More

Asphalt parking near fairgrounds. Codes for bathroom may be abused by former tenants, Bathrooms were clean. Host was very friendly and cost ($25 with sewer) was great.

This is a perfect overnight stop or if you like to play Bingo or go to off track betting sites this place is for you. It is only asphalt parking but it has full hookups. The park is clean and safe at only $30 a night for 50amp its a deal! Right off highway 14 and back far enough that it is quiet.

I gave facility rating 5 stars because of the simplicity, which I like. (We've stayed in pricier places with too many rules and patrolling) This is a no frills RV park, strictly parking lot parking bathroom/showers no other amenities. I did not use the bathroom, therefore no ratings. Park was very quiet throughout our 4 day stay, and on site personnel, Pat was extremely friendly. We will definitely stay there again.

As campers know, all parks have rules and some are enforced more strictly than others. This park mgr is more relaxed than some due mainly to, in our experience, self disciplined guests. We've stayed here many times over the last two years without any problems until this year. The park was almost full (not a bad thing) but what concerned us was the large number of sites with long term guests filling their site width & length with cars, storage trailers, toys & outdoor furniture. The park was almost full (not a bad thing) but what concerned us was the large number of sites with long term guests filling their site width & length with cars, storage trailers, toys & outdoor furniture. Most worrisome though is the bbq grills right next to the power hookups. We were so glad to find a site w/o BBQ grills on either side. Keep in mind this park is just a large parking lot, no grass, and sites are only 21' wide. All that said, it's a good place for a limited stay and we'll be back. It's always been first come, first served and it's unclear whether or not reservations are needed. I'm sorry I can't answer that right now.

This is a nice full hook up park at the fairgrounds. Easy access from the highway and close to things to see and do in the area.
