Very trashy park. Road leading to park full of homeless, trash, & mattresses laying on roadway. The road isn’t the parks fault but still is not very nice to deal with. Approx. 10 pull thrus. That can only hold a max lenght of 40 feet with NO PLACE to park a tow vehicle or pulled vehicle around. With slides out on both rv’s next to each other, distance between slides 1 foot or less. Thieves enter park almost every nite. CANNOT LEAVE ANYTHING outside.

The front desk girls are very helpful. The park is nice and kept up and it's not to far from everything and the ferry!! Can't wait to go back!! If your coming down to go to six flags it's not far from it great place to stay

Tenants who live there all year round care very little about keeping their place clean. (One person who lives there pulled a van in unloaded a racing go cart and gunned it for at least an hour) ... The cable doesn't work, the bathrooms are dirty,the laundry area is dirty, cigarette butts litter the ground. The only nice area of this place is the entrance. For the 4 days we were there the gardener cleaned the "flower" area. They should have hired a cleaning company to clean the bathrooms, laundry, showers , grounds and office, etc. I would not recommend this park to anyone! Good Sam's should be more particular who displays the Good Sam's logo!

Trash and dumped furniture and tires are all along Lincoln St. The convenience store has constant traffic and litter. Lots of homeless under the overpass by the park entrance. The laundry room is used by the mobile home park next door. There were gun shots 2 different nights coming from the residential area behind the park. The office staff are kind and capable but nobody enforces the rules they have. There are many ancient rvs that have been there a long time with stuff all over place. I don't know why they charge so much for this park. You also have to pay a toll to get into Vallejo.

DON'T DO IT!!! Terrible location. This is only a place to "park" your RV and nothing more. Would NEVER recommend this to anyone! Dirty, in the middle of a run down neighborhood, very tight, people in office are often not in the office. I have family living in the San Francisco Bay area and thought this would be a good base...turns out it was a very bad decision.
