Last visited in 2021 and am happy to report, they are still a good stop. This time we are just here for the night, but if time would allow, we’d happily stay for several to visit family.
While there are flashier RV parks on the road, we always have enjoyed staying here. Sites are adequate and quite level. And it would would be hard to out do their customer service! Nice people that really do wish to make it right.
Stayed overnight on our way home from an Oregon trip. Needed a place just off the 5 and picked this one based on the Good Sam ratings it has. The owner was welcoming and efficient, having processed our reservation and payment prior to our arrival. He handed us a couple of bags of fresh popcorn and ushered us to our spot level, clean and all hookups worked. Even better, no freeway noise. The beautiful trees on the property seem to buffer the sound. Highly recommend.
Nice wide pull through sites. They are long enough to leave the truck hooked up which worked well since we were just there for the night. The staff was very nice and they offer veterans a generous discount. Our dog loved the fenced pet area. It is conveniently close to the hiway but not close enough to be noisy.
The owners and staff were very friendly and helpful. The park was well maintained. All sites in the park are pull through. While I don't mind backing in, pull through sites are an unexpected bonus. Their WiFi reception was exceptional. Their WiFi has a money back guarantee. It is fast, secured and all individual accounts have a private firewall. All RV Parks should follow their example.
First time staying in the Yreka area. Extremely friendly and helpful staff, very clean and easily accessible, open sites. Two bags of warm, freshly popped popcorn delivered to our door and a veteran discount. Will definitely stay here whenever the time slot allows.
After truck problems and having to be towed (truck, 5th wheel, 2 dogs, frustrated husband and wife)! The tow truck driver took us to this charming and welcoming park! The office staff couldn't be more helpful! They got us into a spot immediately, brought us popcorn every evening to our site..Nice dog park! Could go on and on! Highly recommend, the people made our bad situation, so much easier!
Spent one night in our teardrop trailer. The owners were very nice and stopped by to visit after we were set up. Bathrooms were very clean but the pay showers were a little old school. Close to Interstate 5 but did not hear any traffic noise. We will definitely stay again.
No complaints, clean, easy access, and the most helpful, friendly, and professional staff I've found
We loved this place. The sites are gravel but well maintained. The staff was really pleasant and friendly. Restrooms were very clean and nicely configured. The wi-fi was some of the best we have seen. The atmosphere is quiet with the trees we felt like we were in a campsite rather than an RV park. It was very pleasant and we will definitely stay here again.
Extremely friendly people! Nice little campground. Clean and easy to access.
This place is AWESOME!!! the new owners are very helpful and the customer service is great. The only thing I can say about this place is that it has a good location and great service. the overall appearance has greatly improved.
Love that this park diverts their office phone to someone's cell phone so that callers can talk to a human. Older RVers like to know where they are going to stop for the night and I for one, hate waiting for a call back later in the day. The park personnel are very helpful and friendly, even went to our site with us for guidance. The spaces are pretty close together, which makes it lack privacy, but our neighbors were friendly. I give big vote of confidence for the new owners here and will definitely... Read More
