The resort is beautiful. I understand how the park was voted number #1 large park for 2022. The dog areas are well kept, the lots are spacious, the club house immaculate. Staff is very friendly and courteous. Mark was very helpful is telling us all about the ammenities at the park and areas to explore in the nearby area. He took the time to make sure everything was good with our site and even recommended some local places for food, groceries, and gas. Thanks!

Very nice clean Park, would be nice to see field employees interact with you out in the field more.They have cable TV which is decent but their internet service is much to be desired.

Highly recommend if you are traveling around the area. Very clean and great facilities. Large spots with rocks so you don't get dirt all up in your RV. lots of activities on the weekend. We stayed a couple days in Sedona and a couple here but would use this as our home base next time.

Very nice campground with fairly spacious and level spots, and paved roads. Reasonable close access to Sedona, Flagstaff and the Grand Canyon. The only negatives are the wifi was mostly useless, and there were no picnic tables at each site (you could rent one though). The staff was super friendly and helpful. Would stay there again!

It was a great location & the grandkids were thrilled to walk out the door & plop right onto the playground. We had BBQ's & ate outside on the picnic table so as to avoid messes inside. The clubhouse, amenities, office/store & river were just a short distance away. Need I say more? You'll have to visit to experience the fun. The next time we go, we'll take our 5th wheel & stay in an RV site. Oh, & don't forget to go to eat at Blazin' M Ranch. It's amazing, too.

This is our second time staying at this Resort. Our first time was 4 days and this time just an over night on the end of a three week trip. Staff is always friendly. Nice large sites, great "clean" pool and jacuzzies. Very dog friendly with nice dog parks, and multiple locations around the park with turf for the dogs! It is also a great location to park the RV to visit Sedona, Cottonwood, and all the other things to visit in the area.

This is a very well-run RV resort! The sites are clean, spacious and level. The facilities are all very clean and well-maintained. The pool/spa area looks just like the photos. The laundry rooms and bathrooms are clean. The office personnel are all very friendly and efficient. This was our second stay this year and I know we'll be back the next time we're in the area.

A++. We didn’t originally expect to stay in Camp Verde, but after our first visit we’re hooked on Verde Ranch RV Resort. The restrooms were very clean, and modern. The clubhouse was amazing. I could run my office from their work spaces they have set up. While at the same time the kids can play pool, shuffleboard, ping pong, pickle ball, or play in the pool. A++. We’re glad we stayed there, and will definitely be back.

This was our first trip in our new RV. This place made it easy - from the online reservation system (complete with site map) all the way thru check-out. The park is clean with paved wide roads. The amenities (pool, clubhouse, playground, sport courts, and dog parks) were all clean and well maintained. We were able to walk our dogs along the little river for a good mile - very peaceful.

The staff were friendly and welcoming, making check in a breeze. The sites are spacious, long, and level gravel. The roads are wide and paved. The park is clean and well maintained and the pool refreshing. The location is centrally located for exploring the area.

What I noticed about this area is the sites appear to be smaller and if you are on the east side you get the morning sun and on the west side you get the evening sun. They have sites along the river and the beautiful pond. I did notice that the fountain in the pond makes a lot of noise. This section is also close to I17 so you get all the freeway noise.... There are no fire rings but you can use your own. There are no tables so you must have your own. They are new with young trees that will one day give shade. This makes a great base camp as it is central to several activities.

Great place, clean, superb customer service, close to some great tourist attractions, convenient to I-17, but low noise. Kid friendly, nice pond to bike to and safe biking around RV resort area. Definitely worth the stop when traveling through or staying for a spell.

We made an unexpected trip to the area and they were able to accommodate us last minute. The sites were very large and the grounds very clean and quiet. We will definitely be back.

Verde Ranch RV Resort is new, clean, and offers great ammenities ... pickleball, sparkling pool, jacuzzi, and a gorgeous new clubhouse. We'll sure come again!

In summer, the sites at the top, nearest the entrance, are under solar cover and the shade would be highly desirable despite its proximity to the entrance and highway. We were fortunate to get a site right next to the Verde River, one of the few rivers in Arizona that flows year round. There is a lovely, easy walking trail along the river. The upgrade river sites are away from Rt. 260 and, fortunately, they had a site that was also away from the freeway, although some riverside spots do have freeway noise. The clubhouse is gorgeous! Being self-contained, we don't use RV Park restrooms or showers. The park is under new management and they are very aware of the high desire for good Internet which had just been upgraded and even supports streaming. It is clean and attractive and has a well outfitted shop. It is close to historic Camp Verde and within a reasonable drive of Cottonwood and Sedona, although there are really no shops or restaurants nearby. We will definitely return next time we are headed that direction. It is the perfect stop on the way north from Tucson and a great HQ for the Verde Valley.
