This place was awful. The only positive I will give it is that the front desk lady was very friendly. After that, expect nothing. It is "dog friendly", but there is no grass anywhere. Just knee high weeds along the perimeter of the park - not people or dog friendly. We were to stay two nights, but left the next morning early. Just too awful.

Overall a nice place, with a great view and friendly helpful staff. HOWEVER, the Internet Access was horrible for the entire 9 days I was there. I had no problem getting a strong signal and connecting to the WiFi, but half the time I had no Internet and much of the rest it was so slow as to be useless (minutes to load a simple page). I asked about this the first day. I was told to open my curtains to get a better signal. I'd already told them I have four bars. Then I was told I could sit on the... Read More

Again, the WiFi was not the issue. Ultimately I was told that's how it is. My stay was late in the season and the park was not full, so I suspect it's even worse when it's packed. If you want a nice place to in a convenient location, this park is for you - as long as you have no need for the Internet.

I was in Colorado Springs for several weeks of short-notice business during peak season and the park was full but this location was ideally located for everything including business, recreation and surrounding restaraunts. The Managers were very friendly and worked with me to make room for my coach. I can't say enough about how great they were to work with. The park was very dog friendly, comfortable, has great mountain and city views and most everyone I met was very friendly. This was a great... Read More

This was a great home away from home for me and I'm looking forward to staying there again soon. Not a glamorous park with all the amenities but an incredible location managed by two wonderful ladies. A great place to call home.
