Nice setting
Site was a pull-through. Utilities actually located forward enough that we did not have to unhook. The park seems divided by the entry street. The south side is mobile homes, the north side facing the boat launch ramp is for RV's. There are no amenities at all that we could see. It is just a huge parking lot. No trees, no landscaping. It would have been nice if they would have told us that the water was going to be turned off from midnight to 10 the next morning for some repairs. But for the fact that our Ice Maker was having problems that my wife walked back to pick up a sack that she noticed the sign. So we topped off our water tank to allow for morning showers as we needed to get an early start. I really felt overcharged for what we got. I am sure the park has several hundred spots and I doubt if there were 10 other RV's staying there, as without some shade and the fact that it was well over 100 degrees when we checked in it was after midnight that the AC got it cool enough to sleep. If in the area again, I would try to find another place to stay.

Very nice park and everyone is friendly and helpful. The two drawbacks are 1. Charge to read your meter. ($7 upto $19.00) monthly. 2. Was only concerned about taking pictures and was not allowed to take pictures inside the office unless with owner approval. But otherwise real glad we are here. We will leave at end of March 2016.
