Launch Your Boat in The Gulf of Mexico Steps from Your RV!
On the shores of St Joseph Bay and close to some of the best scalloping & bay fishing in Florida. We have water dockage and trailer storage. Bring your own boat or rent a pontoon, bay boat, kayak, or paddle board and explore.
The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. The park is clean and well maintained. Pleasant and relaxing. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because the free WiFi was so intermittent and very low bandwidth. Did not want to pay $5/day for more WiFi. Otherwise the place is great. Great fishing at St Joe State Park.
This park is divided into two parts and separated by a very busy highway. The main RV area is located on the marina, but very, very cramped gravel sites. There is a pool, small laundry facility, and boat ramp, but no beach. If you are on the other side of the park, across the highway (where we were), it is like living on the island of misfit toys. There are no amenities, no laundry, no dog run, and no pool. You have to cheat death to run across the busy highway to get to the other side where all... Read More

The park claims to have wifi, but it is essentially a lie. They only provide service for 1 Mbps and NO STREAMING in the nightly rate. You have to pay $50 per month to get 50 Mbps, which is still crappy wifi speed. Thankfully, we have a hotspot, but the reception was still very bad. The highway traffic was noisy until about 7 pm every night. Port St. Joe is a very barren beach town when it comes to grocery stores and caters to mostly seafood restaurants. There is one main store - the Piggly Wiggly - and their prices were highway robbery. The nearest Walmart is 52 miles away near Panama City, so stock up before you arrive here. There is a Dollar General Market that has bare grocery essentials, but other than that, you are out of luck. This is not an RV park that we will be visiting again.

Friendly and helpful staff. Nice sites with wonderful sunset views. Did not use restrooms so no rating on them.
Stayed 3 days friendly staff and clean and quiet.
Very nice Campground on the water...pool and clubhouse exceptional, close to Port St Joe, nice little town with good dining and nice shopping. Enjoyed our stay but had leave early due to Irma....
The sites are nice, but are gravel. There are drainage issues when they get heavy rain. Most of the facilities are new - but the whole place is kinda small and not great for large Class A's. Overall a good site.
We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff was amazing and the facilities were top notch. Everything was well maintained and newly built or remodeled. The campsites were level and well taken care of. The quick shop had lots of good items that were needed and we loved being able to rent a boat at the resort as well. We are already planning our return trip. This place is hidden gem!
Very friendly. We had missed our reservation at a local state park and were out literary in the dark wondering where what we were going to do? We are fairly new to RVing. We saw Presnell's on the edge of Port St.Joe. The park management was closed however there were a couple of phone numbers. They called back quickly and told us to find a empty site and pull in and settle up in the morning. The bath house was very clean. They have a good boat ramp into the bay. We met several other RV'ers walking there dogs as we walked our cat and very one was very friendly. The RV park is right on the bay and a beautiful view. The lots were nicely gravelled and level. Very open and no problems backing the RV into the site. Also very right there at Port St. Joe which is a cute town. Very pleased overall.

I spent 2 nights here. It is going to be a nice facility, but it is a construction site right now. They charge $91 per night, easily the highest rate I've come across so far to stay in a construction site. There are no showers, the bath room is clean. There is no shade, but the sites are fairly level gravel and you are on the beach side of SR-90a. There is no cable as they are in the process of installing it. The wifi is easily the strongest signal I've come across in Florida. There is a marina... Read More

There is a seafood restaurant down the road, but it was never open during my stay. You are only a couple of miles outside of the town of Port St Joe, which has groceries, restaurants, etc. They will be selling LP gas in the future when their license comes through. The people running this facility are very friendly and helpful.
