On-site rentals
Park models include screened in porch with chairs and table. TV with cable, AC and heating included in each park model. All non smoking and pet free.

The rate for a monthly stay is very reasonable. The charge for electric service was reasonable. Mail service was good. The folks in the office worked to be helpful. The roads and pads for parking an RV are good. The campground is quiet. My review of the restrooms are mixed. There was always soap, TP and paper towels. The sinks and toilets were clean. The showers were fairly clean, but the floors were not cleaned daily. The floors in the restrooms were NOT swept on a daily basis. Scraps of... Read More
The rate for a monthly stay is very reasonable. The charge for electric service was reasonable. Mail service was good. The folks in the office worked to be helpful. The roads and pads for parking an RV are good. The campground is quiet. My review of the restrooms are mixed. There was always soap, TP and paper towels. The sinks and toilets were clean. The showers were fairly clean, but the floors were not cleaned daily. The floors in the restrooms were NOT swept on a daily basis. Scraps of paper, hair ties, small stuff would be on the floors for several days. The floors need attention, they need to be painted, but an easy fix would be to sweep daily with a stiff broom. The wood benches in the shower rooms are starting to become unstable. The laundry area was also problematic. The campground does not seem to own the washers & dryers. They are owned by an outside vendor. There are an adequate number of machines, but only TWO were working.
Because we were at this campground in Dec we did not use the pool.

Easy access off I 10 West, but could use better signs as you go straight across 146 and then loop around. Newer park, all concrete drives and pads, nice grassy areas between. Restrooms are fairly good, private shower/stool rooms. You do hear noise off I 10, as well as some noise from the nearby refinery not to mention the burning off flame you see all night. Alot of trailers and fifth wheels, only one motorhome when we stayed, probably because they do not have any pull thru sites, all are back... Read More

Very nice resort. Concrete pads and parking with grass between each site. First time i've seen washers and dryers that communicate with you. The resort has a nice pool, that we used both days. Close to Show-biz cinema and Bowling,and some great restaurants. Our site was 56 ft long and easy to back into. Staff had coffee and some sort of pastries both days we were there.
