We were traveling with another RVer and had made reservations in sites next to each other. We were traveling with another RVer and had made reservations in sites next to each other. When we arrived, our friends had reserved a full hook up and when we got to the site, there was nothing there, not even electric. we were both moved to adjoining sites with only electric. this went on for 2 nights of our week stay. We were told the third day we could move to sites with full hooks up next to each other but when we returned from Glacier Park that afternoon, one of the sites was taken. So one of us moved to a full hook up and the other stayed in the electric only. We were told one thing by the gal working the first two days, then another by a different gal working the rest of the week. After the 3rd night, we just moved the other camper to the full hook up next to us that had become available. It was a nightmare trying to get what we had paid for. I don’t know that anyone in the park was in the site they reserved on reserveamerica.com. Everyone we talked to had been moved and put in the wrong spots. We were told that the listings on reserveamerica were wrong. It was a nightmare. we finally got it straightened out but would not recommend going there. Very poor management the left hand does not know what the right hand is doing. one of the showers in the shower house that was open had a clog and it was disgusting to take a shower in. The cleaners used a swiffer and did not clean the shower floors at all, only the main bathroom area. Gross. The shower house close to the check in was as cold as ice and had not hot water. The campground itself has the potential to be a premier campsite but it has got to get organized. One site has water, the one next to it has electric, then the one next to that might have sewer and electric, but no water. It was all Willy nilly. we had to spend way too much time getting their mix up of what hook ups we should have figured out. They had one camper there that had not even registered and they had no way to remove it. It was crazy how poorly managed it was. Wish we had camped somewhere else.
