Management was very friendly and helpful, especially making accommodations for our short notice. Park is very clean and spaces are spread out and fairly level. Restrooms and showers were new and very nice, they just needed to keep them stocked of tissue, soap, etc. We will return when in the Austin area.
We had a pull through with no tree shade. Most of the not long term were out in the open. We were placed up front near the office and pool area. Pool area was nice and bathroom and shower were nice. We were given a cable box at check in. My husband worked with for 30 minutes and all we got was 95%. He goes to the office and was told to call Time Warner. He calls and they can't find an account with Oak Forrest. I go to the office and told the girl what we were told by TW. She told me to talk to... Read More

I turned in the cable box.

My 1st review in 7 years of RV travel. Our 4th RV park on this trip. Very disappointed. Visiting family in area. Resort is UNDER EXPANSION CONSTRUCTION. Dust nonstop covering RV and truck so had to keep RV closed with AC running. Heavy equipment and huge (18 wheeler ?) trucks traveling directly past our site, feet from our bed. Construction began ~700 am. Our site needed mowing badly; ankle high around picnic table. At this price, a travesty! To reserve these sites to unsuspecting travelers... Read More

Don't arrive on Sunday....the office is closed and there is no way to get any information/assistance. They left an envelope with my paperwork in a box on the front porch. Found the code for facilities on the flyer in the envelope and directions that to use the cable TV you MUST have a decoder box that they loan. YOU MUST BE ABLE TO GET TO THE BACK OF YOUR TV, HAVE AN ELECTRICAL OUTLET CLOSE AND USE THE CABLE BOX REMOTE FOR CHANNELS. The worst TV setup I've ever seen....I am WITHOUT TV. It appears... It appears that the shower is located at the back of the men's room so that when you shower, everyone is locked out of the one restroom.
The park itself is well kept, neat and sites are long and level.

Beautiful park and friendly staff. Three dog parks were nice for our chihuahuas. Sites were very well kept and our one issue was remedied immediately. We would definitely stay there again.
