Very quiet. I'd like to see them trim the branches on the way out. They rubbed the roof of my Allegro Bus
good side of the road stop when you need to rest up for the next day. girl was nice in office. the appeal and area doesn't offer too much. thats why I am giving it a 3 star rating. everything is gravel, one of the breakers did not work so I had to move to another site.
Too close to the Interstate, very unlevel gravel sites with little space between them. We would not stay here again unless there was no other alternative.
We try to stay here anytime we travel through here. We love this quiet, clean campground. The bonus is they cook dinner and deliver it to you!!
This was an emergency stop. The young lady was very helpful after we broke down on the Hwy. and our pull vehicle was across the street getting repaired. There are young trees and not much shade. Traveling with 2 dogs there was a nice grassy area for them to run. The restrooms were clean and adequate. We would stay there again.
Checked in late so it was dark out and none of the lights were working so you could not see the sites,. The site we were assigned had a tree hanging out the hit my rig so we had to move. The site had a leaking water hydrant so it was all muddy. The sites are gravel and not very level. Pull thru. Was just stopping for the night will not use again.
We stayed here in our 41' fifth wheel. The young lady checking us in was very nice. The park was wide open and all sites are gravel. We only stayed one night and even though we gave this park a 3 rating on the facility, I would stay here again for our one night stop. We did not use the restrooms.
I stayed here for 3 nights and it was fine. Very little noise, sites were fairly level gravel but a little close together. Most people seemed to be overnighters with the park's easy on-off for I-40. Plenty of places to eat, particularly if you head down to town. Some interesting museums. Bathrooms & showers are old but very clean.
Fairly level? No! I'm sure the staff are nice people, but this place is physically the, um, not the best I have ever seen....ever. I was tired, drove in. Sign said "Go pick a site". Un-level, dusty, barren, , NO travelers-just permanent (propane tanks, pet corrals, dilapidated furniture, etc). Location is not bad, however. Left, and drove another 2 hours to another location, and happy I did. This ratings process needs some serious review.
Convenient location next to P66 Pilot and another truck stop. Facilities are older but clean and in good repair. Staff was very nice and helpful. Spots are very close to each other and most campers are in and out. Dog run was just a mowed patch of weeds but served the purpose.
Second stay and it is a great place if you don't want a lot of added stuff on your bill that you don't use. The site was fairly level and all the hookups worked great. Two truck stops are a short distance but the noise was minimal at the park. Easy access to the freeway. We plan on returning when we pass through again.
Very friendly staff and inexpensive accommodations. Great for an overnight resting place.
Friendly staff. Close to freeway and Pilot gas station. Truck/RV wash next door. Picnic benches need repair, but nice place to stay overnight.
This park is a nice place to stay if you need a safe, quiet and friendly place to spend the night while on the road. Restaurants and gas/diesel close by right at the I-40 exit. We did not hear the trucks etc at the truck stop one half a mile away. All pull-thru sites on gravel. Veryice and clean laundry and office.
