We stayed for 4 nights while visiting Niagra Falls and we enjoyed our stay at Campark. The office was open when we needed and the staff there was very helpful! They worked hard to keep the showers and bathrooms clean. The pool and bounce pad were lots of fun for the kids. The Wego bus system was easy to use and convenient as the Wego turnaround is at Campark. We also did the Escape Room right at Campark and it was literally a BLAST! Spaces are a bit close together and there is some road noise on... Read More

Spaces are a bit close together and there is some road noise on one side and noise from the industry next door on the other side but we only noticed that when outside. Our only suggestion for improvement would be to spray for mosquitoes as they were quite bad but they seemed to be bad everywhere else too.

Stayed from a Thursday to Monday in late August. Camping in a 36ft motor home. Our first time there. Found the camp grounds to be very clean. Sites for transient campers were in the back area and easily accessible. We had a pull-thru site with 50 amp, water and sewer. Had no problems with services as stated in some reviews. We had a constant 120-121 volts. The washrooms in our section were clean with individual toilets with sink. Did not use the showers as we had full hook ups. Only issue with the... Read More

Only issue with the toilets was on the Sunday. In the morning there were 3 out of the 5 (or 6) plugged and no toilet paper in the others. This was like that when I checked them again in the afternoon. I went up to the office to let them know about it and they told me it was the first they heard of it and would notify the cleaning staff. Within 1/2 an hour of me letting them know, the toilets were all working, cleaned and restocked with toilet paper.
The location of this park is on the outskirts of Niagara Falls on Lundy's Lane but the shuttle (Wego) bus picks you up outside the park and takes you down to the falls and casinos and attractions. Very convenient. You can buy a 48 hour pass for $14 per person and ride the bus as many times as you want. (24 hour pass was $7 per person.
The sites are close together with little privacy (as in most rv parks) but we expected that. The swimming pool, splash pad, mini golf and huge jump pad are all in good condition. Great for the kids.
Overall we were very happy and satisfied with this park and would definitely stay there again when we visit Niagara Falls.

Positives: pool, splash pad, and bounce pillow. Negatives: People working the office seemed confused by every basic question. Camp ground had poor drainage (very wet and soft). Wifi only works within 25 feet of the barn, which is no where near the majority of the camp sites. Any rv park near the US / Canada border, but also far enough away that cell service from the other country does not work, should have full wifi coverage. Will try others before returning here.
Based on the ratings we were rather disappointed in the actual facilities. In particular the restroom facilities were not anywhere near a 9.5. It seemed as though they were just temporary trailer type facilities, little heat, the doors didn't close properly on some of the units so leaves and other garbage blew in. Also had to try at least two different showers to get hot water. This appears to be more geared toward seasonal sites and those travelling through are second class. Also the nightly rate... Read More

Definitely not a 9.5. Maybe a 6.5 rating would be more appropriate. Reserved 50 AMP. but received 30 AMP. Power is only 105 volts so AC on my trailer would not work.
