The laundry room, will give you $5.00 free on your first wash & dry if you sign up for their app. The location is great, only 6 miles from Disney & about 10 miles from Universal. It is right down the road from Publix & Walmart, several restaurants, & shops. There is also a Security Gate at the entrance. They have plenty of activities, going almost every day or night. From Bingo to Karaoke to Dances to Water Exercise, there is something for everyone. Nice heated pool & Bocce Ball courts are available as well. I would recommend it for anyone from older people to families with kids to single people to couples. You won't regret it. It is the best place.

Kissimmee RV Park is not a very user friendly park for travelers. The pictures on the site are deceiving. We had to leave are site early but were told there was a no refund policy. This is the first park we've stayed at that has had a problem if we had to leave early. We were never told about a no refund policy until we tried to check out early. The power pedestals have inadequate 30 amp power because when I ran my microwave, lights and TV, the breaker tripped. I talked with my neighbors and they experienced similar issues. The sites are packed in like herring in a tin. There is no cable TV, cell phone reception is minimal and the wireless internet is weak and slow. I would have given ZERO stars if that was an option. The place should not even be listed.

We have a 38' 5th wheel and needed 50 amp service. We gave this information to the campground when making the reservation but upon arriving, the spot they gave us was way too small for our rig and the only service they provided in the whole park was 30. The Orange Grove Campground is an older, family owned and operated RV park. Rates are reasonable, making a short or long term stay a good value. It is very clean, quiet and well maintained. Most of the sites appear to be permanent residents. Water pressure is good thanks to a pump house in the middle of the RV park. Periodically, the water pump turns on and refills the cistern, making a gentle sound of falling water which is very relaxing. The restrooms are very clean and well maintained, but "campground" quality. At first, we thought the hot water in the bath house didn't work, but it turned out they have just installed "instant on" hot water. If you open the tap just a little, you get hot water. The more you open the faucet, the colder the water becomes. It's counter-intuitive, but once you get used to it quite workable. The lack of a sign in the bath house telling visitors how to use the hot water is the principle reason we didn't give the park a 5 star rating. There are activities such as bingo and ice cream socials. Everyone seems to know everyone else, and greetings can be heard as people take morning strolls. There is a Starbucks about 1 mile away in a Target Super Store. It's an easy walk and good exercise. There is also a well maintained pool for additional exercise, but we didn't try it because of the cold weather in December. Dumpsters are conveniently located at the entry/exit point, with plenty of room. On our visit, there were no signs of flies or mosquitoes, further adding to a pleasant stay. We were very happy with our stay and have made reservations for another stay in February.
