Wonderful park, the staff are great. Stayed in 10 parks on my excursion and this one was the best of all. The spaces are not large but also not crowded. The facilities are great, the park and the city is clean and refreshing. This place is definitely a price/value winner!!

We waited to long to plan this summer trip. When called about getting 5 days, they had to give me one day then move us. Upon arriving, they were able to move things around and we stayed in the same spot the whole time. Park is beautiful. Guide you to your spot, friendly, can't say enough about them. Laundry and club house clean. Didn't use bathrooms so no rating. Want to stay again!

Stayed here in our 43' Coach with a tow vehicle. Called the morning of our need to stay and even though they were booked, the manager was able to work some spots around and fit us into one of their concrete full hook up pads. Basic KOA amenities, but we were looking for a place to stop for the night so we didn't use or venture to explore any amenities. Pool looks clean and well kept. There is an outdoor kitchen, kids playground, come sites are gravel whereas others are concrete. Didn't need to use... Read More

Looks like some full timers live here, but they keep their places nice looking and tidy. Will definitely stay here again if we come this way. About 25 minutes to Ft Collins, which we went to have dinner. Nice town to visit. Recommend to stay here. Careful if you have a big rig, as some of the turns are a bit tight, but we didn't have any trouble.

We only stayed for one night. This was our first time using our travel trailer. The resort was easy access off I-25 and close to stores. Staff was very friendly and willing to answer any questions that we had. WIFI was spotty but really did not bother us. We had a pull thru site that seemed kind of close to our neighbors but like I stated, this was our first time in a RV Resort, so not sure if this is normal. Signage was well marked for return to I-25 via US 34.

The site we were given was so close to the other sites on each side us that we could not open our slide out nor open the door on the passengers side. The water spicket leaked badly. Also they wanted us to disconnect our car before going to our site, even though we asked for a pull thru as we did not plan on disconnecting our vehicle.

Very noisy, close to highway. No cable, Wifi spotty at best.

Photos are not representative. Very tight spaces with max of 11 feet between units. some closer. highway noise and downwind from a feed lot. People are great but facility overall is below current good sam ratings.

We enjoyed being there overnight and thought the park-like green was delightful. I did not utilize the restroom facilities so cannot speak to their cleanliness. Travelers are escorted to their spaces which was a nice touch. The campground is situated in a lovely area and felt very safe to walk our dog. The campground is also near restaurants and shopping.

Stay away. We have stayed at over 20 parks in the last 2 months, from Texas to California and back the northern route, and this park was the most expensive and least appealing park we have been in. Very crowded, lots of full-timers and you have just enough room to put your slides out. 50 amp site not avail so we are in a 30 amp site. Only one Shower/restrooms for entire park, no cable and wifi is a joke. Sewer hook-up is over 20ft away. You've been warned! WalMart lot would have been better. Read More

The staff is extremely friendly. Park is nice and safe. RV's are pretty close together but there is enough room to put out your slides. Very close to I-25 and walking distance to shopping and food. Stayed here two nights on the way from Florida to Idaho and plan to stay again on the return trip. We did not use the laundry, club house, restrooms or pool, so I can't comment on those.

Although the restrooms appear to be recently remodeled, the over campground was rundown and seedy. When I called for a reservation, I told the person I wanted a 50 amp, pull through, and did not want to disconnect the tow. When I got there, the receptionist said we had a 50 amp pull through, but needed to disconnect the tow because the turns in the campground were to tight. I was not happy. I did not use the dump, but my neighbor was using mine, with paper towels around it for security. I couldn't have used the other one, but it was pointed away and the lip was broken off. You a staggered parked, so entry doors are across from each other. If you are grilling or sitting outside, your neighbors are 10 feet away. I'm not anti-social, but I like my privacy. I will not stay here again and won't recommend it.

Very accommodating park. Stayed here as home base for visits to Rocky Mountain NP and other places in the area. There is a large shopping area next to the park that has lots of good eateries. The spaces are close together and this is a very busy park. Wifi is marginal at times. If you are on at 3am there is no problem. At 5pm....well slow is the word. Other than that this is a good place to operate from.

Very nice park inside and out. Convenient to I-25. Nice pool, nice grounds. Lots of restaurants, historic sites, and scenic sites nearby.

Great place, great people, a really nice place. Kind of pricey but seemed like everything in Colorada was a little pricey. All in all a beautiful place and we would stay there again.
