If I could give this park zero stars I would. This park advertises pull thru spaces, and will charge you for one of them, but what it assigned to me was not a pull thru. The park map shows spaces 2-13, which are back in or back out. To sell them as pull through is false advertising. When I booked though the website, the park advertised that it had 4 "pull thru" available. I paid for a pull through, what I got assigned was space #6, and there was a camper already parked in #7. There was no way to... Read More

There was no way to get into the space except to back into it. Further, there is no space for the tow vehicle. The space itself is only 27 ft long. When you're traveling and only planning to stay for one night and planning to leave the next morning, the last thing you want to do is disconnect the trailer from the tow vehicle. Also, I think the pictures of the park must be old, because everything looked unkempt. I didn't even stay to find out whether the anything actually worked. Stay away from this place.

The park management is anything BUT FRIENDLY. I cannot believe Good Sam’s high rating on this park. It is a rutted park that is tough on an RV. The only thing I found good was the Wi-Fi. I left 1 day early after the horrible experience we had there.
Great little gem located just below Mt. Shasta with views of the mountain. 30-amp service, water, sewer and good Wi-Fi which allows streaming. Close to the city of Weed and nearby golf courses. level spots, asphalt/dirt roadways.
Decent off the highway older RV park at the base of and with great views of Mt. Shasta. Services and wifi acceptable. Interesting wide "stacked" front and back sites with big green grass areas between most spots.. Close to town of Weed and great eatery @ HI Lo Restaurant. Satellite reception available in some sites. Staff was friendly and helpful.
This park is clean and we paid only $35.00. The manager was friendly. Nothing special.
Cash or check only. No problem. I was towing behind my 45 footer so the manager put me in a pull through site. The slope on the site was too severe for my coach to level (air levelers) so we had no slides that night. No satellite do to shade trees but that's ok too. Nice grounds. A few homesteaders at the back of the park. Pilot Fuel next door but we didn't hear the noise. We didn't use the facilities. Easy on and off I-5. We'd stay here again and try to get a more level site.
nice place, close to refueling, Bring CASH.
POSSIBLY THE MOST "OVER RATED" RV PARK I HAVE EVER BEEN IN. AMMENITIES ARE NIL, TREES OVERHANGING THE PULL THRU SITES THAT COUULD DAMAGE YOUR COACH. THE RESTROOM (ONE) WAS NOT VERY CLEAN AND THE SINGLE SHOWER IN THE RESTROOM DID NOT HAVE ENOUGH PRESSURE TO WASH YOUR HANDS. OFFICE WAS UN-MANNED AND APPARENTLY THERE IS ONE PERSON WHO DOUBLES AS GARDNER TO CHECK YOU IN. NO CREDIT CARDS ALLOWED. OVERALL BAD LOCATION.
Great small RV park with wide and separate individual park sites. Staff was extraordinary in their helpfulness. They even lent me a 50-30 amp power adapter when I could not find mine. Great place to stay close to fuel and I-5, easy on and off. You missing a true treasure if you miss this RV park.
