Cozy little park with mountain views. Nice pool if manager lets you use it. Friendly guests from all around. Great little dinner next door. Park manager needs some education on interacting with public. If you have a problem you don't feel you can live with, just move on, don't bring any problems to Managers attention especially if it involves water or sewage issues.it is just not worth the fight.... I was warned and didn't listen... my mistake. Love to come again when management issues are resolve. Read More

We currently are in a nicely kept park with a pool. It is rated 10/10/10 by Good Sam. I'll agree with most of it BUT the part that says "Big Rig Friendly" is a bunch of BS. It took us over 30 minutes to jockey into our site. Narrow roads and dumpsters in the way when backing in. I then parked my truck and was asked to move it because one tire touched the road. The guest that was in the site behind us also had a terrible time getting into his site because of no escort and narrow roads. His... Read More

His rear wheels and leveling jacks were on the cement patio due to the tight roads. I think management may have asked him to move the rig to get it off of the cement. About an hour after he arrived he left.
After this long rant I guess the moral of my story is management may be keeping the grounds in great shape but they are doing nothing for their new guest to make them feel welcome! Hmmm. I wish the folks for good Sams ratings would take the time to talk to people staying in the park!

We reserved this park based on the triple 10 rating by Good Sam. I will begin by saying the pictures on the Good Sam site are old because they do not reflect the current park. How this park gets a 10-10-10 is beyond us. More on that later. Upon arrival we walked into the office to the manager on the phone behind glass and a closed door, she looked at us, ignored customers standing waiting to check in and remained on the phone for more than 15 minutes before coming out to see what we needed.... Upon arrival we walked into the office to the manager on the phone behind glass and a closed door, she looked at us, ignored customers standing waiting to check in and remained on the phone for more than 15 minutes before coming out to see what we needed. Upon check in we paid for the week and the manager made it clear she was not a dog fan, went over all the rules and checked us into a site. Driving through the park it's obvious this is mainly a park for full timers living here permanently. There are full park models mixed in between trailers. The upkeep is very lacking. Trees overhanging to the ground, shrubbery in desperate need of trimming and last but not least when I looked at the power box at my site, it had no covers over the plugs. I immediately inquired with the office, which sent over a guy who produced the plastic coverings that go over the open plug in wiring. He told us that they are undergoing repairs and replacing the wiring throughout the park. Water pressure was good, power was good at 123 volts at the pedestal but sewer pipe connection was broken on one side so a secure connection could not be made. I had a back-in site directly under a tree that needed to be trimmed since all the branches were hanging to the ground so opening an awning was out since they would tangle in the awning when closing. They also dripped a strong sticky SAP all over the concrete slab so I am wondering about my roof and slide covers. Management allows storage in an assortment of ways because the folks next to us had a van parked that is overloaded with "stuff". I was more worried about rodents and bugs at this point. The picnic table was half on cement blocks and when we tried to move it because it was partially under our slide the boards came off; needless to say we were not able to use the picnic table. There are no refunds for early departure or disappointments.
The site was level with small bed rock, not gravel. At the entrance there is a nice sitting area surrounded by vintage coaches but upon entering this area we discovered the all wood chairs are falling apart and are need of lots of repair. The pool and hot tub were clean, heated and worked well. The restrooms were clean. The laundry room is rather small with only 4 washers and dryers and once again no refunds if you place money in a wrong side of a washer or dryer.
Overall this is what I would consider an RV Park, certainly not a resort in its current state. It is need of lots of maintenance and repair and management that is more people friendly. The biggest surprise was that the park was recently visited by Good Sam; according to a thank you posted on a board in the office, and the ratings stay the same. It is not a 10-10 park. Not sure how Good Sam rates but for appeal alone this Park is no more than an 8 in our opinion. We are not sure how this could be Triple tens just based on looking at the overhanging trees and landscaping in need of upkeep along with broken furniture needing paint and repair. One last thing here about mail. Mail is left out and unsecure for anybody to get hold of. I had to order a package, had it delivered and when I went into the recreation room the packages, and there were several, were for there for the taking. Anyone can walk into the recreation room and pick up any package they wanted and walk out.
We would never stay at this park again and would not recommend this park in its current state.

Very nice, clean and comfortable park. The managers were awesome. I can't thank them enough for their hospitality and helpfulness. Wish the "doggie coral" would have been a little nicer, but it would not deter me from giving this RV park 5 stars.
This is a very quiet and friendly park. The club house and pool area are neat and well maintained. We had a pull through lot near the front of the park. The road noise was a little loud. The front was used for short term stays. Pets were allowed any where in the park except club house and pool area. There is a small dog corral for loose leash play. The staff was friendly and helpful. We would stay here again.
