The sites are so small, their is barely enough room to get your camper in the site. So close to neighbors, when you roll your awning out it is right on top of the site next to you. No paved sites. If it rains you will need goulashes to get in your camper. Rain water stands in road and on sites. Poor water drainage. I would not recommend staying here.

We stayed for 2 nights. Overall it was very quiet and many sites where used by workers leaving early. Restrooms outdated and in need of overhaul but seemed clean except for a shower which had been used for cleaning material and was full of motor grease. Not too expensive and OK for going biking on the trail just a block away.

we had reservations 11/1//15-5/1/16, our pet is non-aggressive, doesn't bark and generally friendly. We walk her 5-6 times a day. We walk by a site with an aggressive dog which got loose twice and attacked us. Leash rule is 6' and their dog was on 20'. I did a written complaint the first time, got no response from office. Second time I went to the office and the other dogs owner was there with 7 of her friends saying our dog was the problem. After arguing with her and the campground manager I was... Read More

Second time I went to the office and the other dogs owner was there with 7 of her friends saying our dog was the problem. After arguing with her and the campground manager I was told to find another walking route for our dog, move to another site or we would be thrown out. My wife went to the office to complain and she was treated rudely. We decided to leave. This campground does not enforce rules at all. The leash rule as well as not cutting through sites (which the manager said it was allowed) the 10mph speed limit (not enforced) the limited noise 10PM-7AM (not enforced) we asked for a refund of $630 for time not used due to this situation and was told no because we were there on a six month stay and by leaving it would result in a plan change so we would have to pay more (wow). This campground is on a main thoroughfare with sirens passing by 24/7, throughout the campground there are many run down camps (eyesore). On the bright side the maintenance crew did work hard on problems and one in particular was super friendly with all pets. The brochures say WIFI throughout the campground but you have to go to the WIFI room attached to the office. The cleaning ladies worked hard to keep rest rooms etc. clean but some campers leave the areas they used filthy. The office girls were always friendly and courtious but had to follow the rules and tell you to call the Winter Garden police if you have a problem.

We vacationed at Universal Studios which is about 17 miles from this location. On the positive they have two swimming pools, a large fenced dog park, and friendly staff. Unfortunately those are my only positive remarks. The grounds were poorly maintained and there are no paved sites. This park is a permanent residence for numerous small trailers. The pools have algae in them and are not well maintained. Fire ants are a problem and we were were bitten by them, though the staff immediately responded... Read More

We were very disappointed. The campground is directly on a major road, with no buffer. Lots of road noise. Grass was not mowed. Many RVs were run-down with debris on sites. Throughout the night, vehicles with music blasting drove by our site, with loud residents and loud vehicles. Management said they did not enforce quiet hours, and suggested we call the police if we had a problem. We won't be staying there again!
