Wonderful little park a bit off the highway. Normally I don't like that, but slept fine. Owners are the most wonderful, helpful folks you could ever want to meet. Very interesting and they love to chat. Park has a lot of amenities. Large indoor kitchen with tables and an outdoor bar-b-que area. The park is extremely well maintained with clean restrooms and showers. Trees have a ways to grow but this is the desert. Great swimming hole with water fall only a few minutes away in the car.... The park is new so the trees are small but the park will be much nice when they mature to block road noise. I picked it by accident because Good Sam shows it further off the road than it is. Echoing others, the sites are small and need some leveling or maybe concrete pads but their space is limited so not sure how that situation will be rectified. I pulled and parked a 39' 5th wheel but I probably won't fit once those trees mature as our tail end is hanging over one. Owners are some of the nicest... Read More

It's the first place where the internet actually worked and is pretty quick. Cell service is great in their location so your cell can be used for internet if for some reason one has trouble with the wifi. Cable TV worked as advertise.

A very compact park so glad our trailer was smaller than most. No trees except a few newbies, but of course most of Moab is treeless. Nice quality restrooms with what looks like onyx wall and shower coverings. 7 out of 10 on necessary restroom cleaning, but typical cleanliness for a public restroom. The community kitchen with 2 cooktops is interesting and campers are responsible for cleaning up after themselves, which they did. Recycle containers located in the kitchen so overall, a nice facility. Read More

This park is a joke, especially for what they are charging. The lots are very small and uneven making it almost impossible to level, the picnic table they provide sat at such an angle it was unusable. We were given the "big"lot which had the community dumpster right outside our front door and there absolutely was no place to sit outside, the internet was nonexistent... And did we mention the noise from the road?? We will never stay here again...even if its the only game in town..
this place s about 1.5 miles south of Moab. not a drop of shade in park. hard to pull in, had a hard lt hand turn up steep hill. noticed most people were ignoring sign and just going straight to register instead of making hard Left turn. Sites are kind of short. I gave it 5 stars because owners were nice, all new electric, clean baths, clean park. we had a great stay.
Great Facility and staff. Restrooms and showers or clean and very nice. Spacious kitchen with refrigerator and cabinets for storage, Also has an outdoor gas BBQ with tables for guest. This is a newer site and the trees are small. As they grow and provide shade it make the park more appealing. Overall very pleased
