Our family had a blast at Sun Outdoors Rehoboth Bay! Our Coveside Deluxe RV Site had a generous concrete pad with sturdy patio furniture. Located near the Family Pool, this site was perfect for our stay with the grandkids. We enjoyed bicycling, the beach, activities during Color Craze Week, and fishing from the pier. (The arcade could use an update.) Our adult “kids” enjoyed the week at a Dockside Cottage near the Main Pool and Swim-Up Bar their cottage was clean and linens were included, which... Read More

Our adult “kids” enjoyed the week at a Dockside Cottage near the Main Pool and Swim-Up Bar their cottage was clean and linens were included, which was a plus. The week started on a rocky note, waiting 2.5 hours past check-in time and our promo code not working, but both issues were addressed. A special shoutout goes to Gordon at the Welcome Center who was especially helpful, always cheerful and knowledgeable. The “island-resort vibe” and amenities at SORBAY surpassed our expectations we look forward to returning.

Very quiet during the week we stayed there - not certain about weekends. Staff was extremely helpful, efficient and friendly. Staff came to our campsite to notify us that a storm was approaching to suggest we roll in our awnings before they were destroyed. The on-site store was equipped with basic RV essentials plus some limited groceries (milk, eggs, soft drinks) full grocery store and gasoline were 5 miles away. Park was clean with its own small beach the only downside was that Rehoboth Beach... Read More

Great place. Very pretty and relaxing with good access to Dewey and Rehobeth beaches. Their own private beach is very nice and the Tiki bar is great! Very professional staff. Highly recommend!
The Takeaway: Massey's Landing offers a clean white sand beach with the Paradise Landing Tiki Bar conveniently adjacent, on Rehoboth Bay. Located within the Delmarva Peninsula on the far eastern shore and protected by the peninsula beaches (barrier beaches) of Rhoboth and Bethany as bulwarks to the Atlantic Ocean. Aside from the on-premises amenities Massey's is within striking distance of historical Lewes, MD (founded 1631and includes the Ryves Holt House, circa 1665), the Lightship Overfalls,... Read More

The park occupies a quiet area on the Western shore of Rehoboth Bay with a public boat launch conveniently located several hundred yards away. Sites amenities vary as noted above all feature level spaces, FHU, strong 50 amp electrical, and cable. WiFi is good and supports streaming. There are some very good local restaurants and seafood markets in Lewes, and Selbyville, DE. And there are 4 lighthouses from Lewes to Fenwick Island to explore (not all are accessible). We visited August 2019.

Why does this place get absolutely stunning reviews, it have sadly has nothing to do with the facility but the customer service is second to nobody's. All I did was walk in the front door they greeted me they talk to me they took me out and showed me the grounds and I cancelled where I was and went over there and decided to stay.

Great new RV facility in Delaware that opened over Memorial Day weekend 2016. We have stayed twice and plan on going back 3 times this year. nice big pool with an adult only section with a swim up bar, don't find many of these without going to island resorts. Nice private beach on bay and this year adding a Tiki Bar aside of beach area. Free shuttle to Rehoboth Beach and more. One of the parks that you can just stay in and enjoy. Highly recommended.
