GoodSam folks - When is the last time anyone from GoodSam was actually on site at Seven Winds? The facility here bears no resemblance to the GoodSam ratings, and even less to the park's glowing website. But of the 50-100 RV parks we've stayed in annually for the past 15 years throughout the USA, this one falls in the very bottom 3 or 4. Keep driving. We came based on Good Sam's rating. Horrible horrible. Bathrooms were filthy and not in good working order - same with showers. Bugs everywhere; laundry room flooded and not cleaned up; washers didn't work without piling heavy books on top because of being old and out of balance; coin machine inoperable but the camp host got us quarters in town; debit/credit card machine wasn't working, so we had to pay cash or personal check - no one told us when we called to make reservations - host... Campground looks like a junkyard with stray dogs running all over - site was fairly level, but not at all as the description states on the website. This campground is an atrocity, and we are shocked it is part of the Good Sam network. I am calling Good Sam Park Services to advise them. The host, Shalimar, was wonderful, though and we felt bad to have to complain to her.

This is mostly a park for residents with a few spots for travelers. The host was very gracious and helpful. We didn't us the restrooms or laundry, so we can't comment on them. NO Wi-Fi Water, electric and sewer worked fine. Active railroad line across the street. We only stayed one night, but if we are ever passing through, we'll look for a different place to stay.

Do not believe what the website says. The wifi doesn't work, no walking trails. This park has seen better days. Lots of permanent units & mobile homes, not tidy at all. Lots of dogs & cats wandering around, a couple of stray dogs begging for food. Sites are very tight & access within park is difficult. Did not venture into washroom building. The entire vibe here is sketchy. I'm surprised they can maintain their Good Sam membership

We were deceived by the website description. It is NOT "the Premiere RV Park of SW Kansas"! It is an aging, mobile home park with an aging RV Park attached. WIFI never worked, there is no continental breakfast, no gift shop, no walking path. Lot is overrun with weeds, stray dogs run free. Cars were randomly parked with people inside. While we were there, at least 30 Carnival roadies shared the small park. We didn't feel safe and cut short our stay.On a positive note, the staff were friendly. Read More
