Well maintained and staffed. Only drawback was the highway noise. Wide, level sites with gravel roadways throughout. Great site for an overnight but being located within Abilene it is noisy.

Fantastic Park, Friendly Staff and clean and level spaces. Will come to this one again.

A very nice campground. Located just off I20, easy access. Wide interior roads, well marked sites with easy hookups, level sites. Very friendly staff with easy, efficient checkin. Only drawback was the roads and sites were limestone gravel. It was hot and dry and there was a tremendous amount of dust created whenever any vehicle passed. It would have been a 10-10-10 if it were not for the dust!

I stayed here last weekend for a few days with RVing Women Texas Ramblin' Rose group. This is absolutely my favorite spot now! The folks at the front desk are efficient, friendly, and helpful in many ways. The park is immaculate and the pool is awesome. Each site has plenty of room and a fire pit. Shower/bath house clean and spacey. Many activities on the grounds for kids and pets. I can't say enough what a great spot this is. I'll never stay anywhere else when I"m in Abilene. Great job... We stayed both at the beginning and return of our trip to Colorado. We will not hesitate to stay again, which is quite likely due to our frequent trips to Colorado. The check in process was organized and quick. The folder we were given provided answers to our questions. Access was easy from I-20. All hook ups were working well. Park was clean and quiet.

We stayed twice at Whistle Stop RV Park in Abilene. They have wide, long sites. Lots of amenities. Super clean. Super nice people.

Everything was easy, nice level spots, easy on and off of 20. The pool was amazing and clean, nice outdoor games set up in different spots. Nice grass area for the dogs. I really enjoyed this spot and everyone was friendly.

What a great park! We stayed here for one night with a 45' motorhome and tow car. The sites are very big and the roads are easy to navigate. The only reason we unhooked our car was to go to a steak house that the office recommended. If you stay here and enjoy great steak dinners we would highly recommend Lytle Land & Cattle Co. We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent !!! And brand new !!! Large spaces, WiFi, cable,sewer. Right on I-20. Nice store that sells food, RV stuff, beer, wine, etc. Very friendly staff. Some spots have bbq fits, fire pits, bench swings.....very nice !!! We pulled in off I-20 right into a pull through...then right back on I-20 the next morning. Highly recommend !!!

Only just opened, long narrow gravel sites that are level and large grassy areas either side. Picnic tables and concrete patio each site. Swimming pool, small store for grocery needs or rv needs. Large Covered pavilion. On going landscaping improvements. Clean showers and restrooms. Future plans include cabins. They offer horse stalls and corral for those travelers that need them.
