This campground is not an "RV Resort". It is about 85% permanent residents living in a variety of "unkept" units Positives: Pool was nice and clean and following social distancing for COVID-19 on the pool deck by limiting chairs and tables and spacing them out. Pool was not crowded despite the extreme heat. Restrooms had updated toilets and sinks, Cons: Felt a bit "trashy" and not extremely safe. One night we heard a women screaming about "wanting to be beaten" followed by a person banging... Read More

Sites were very close together. Definitely will not return.

This campground was too expensive for what was available. No cable TV without paying extra, no wifi without paying extra. Sites were too crowded, had to have our neighbor move his truck before we could leave in the morning. Long term residents areas were trashy. Our site was a mudhole. Had to put on overshoes in order to hook up, was standing in muddy water. Patios were concrete but were cracked so bad I could hardly push my wife's wheelchair over them and she could not push her walker over them.... Read More
