Why such a low rating? 1. Very sterile place. Yes, it's new, but lots of concrete and few trees. 2. Web site states all sites have sewer. This is not true. We were assigned a site with no sewer. If we wanted to use the dump station we needed to pay an additional $25! Management wouldn't budge, even though we were staying three days, and after pointing out what the web site said. 3. If we wanted sewer we could 'upgrade' to a pull through at $112 a night! Or, we could drive several miles to Camping... Read More

4. Shower code didn't work.
5. Luke warm water in shower at best. No hot water at sink. Push button shower actuation. Really!
6. Two sheets worth of check-in paperwork?
We won't stay here again. I wouldn't recommend this place to my friends. The nearby KOA is older but friendlier, and has lots of shade. We'll go there in the future. Less expensive too.

This is a large parking lot with no shade at all Its good and clean but just again a parking lot We stayed for 5 nights and that was enough as we were baking in the sun. The staff was not overly friendly, and the sites are terrible. They face your neighbor. It was very awkward as you can’t sit outside if your neighbor is there. Unless you want to become besties with the neighbor. They need some type of divider or something. See the pictures. If you come, you need to make sure you tell... Read More

If you come, you need to make sure you tell them you do not want a patio-to-patio site. They have others, make sure to ask for them. So, all in all this is my first review I would say we would not come back unless it was over night. I would try to get something closer to Coeur D’Alene. Oh yes, one more thing, when you check in, they give you 2 pages of RULES you must sign without reading them (unless you want to take an hour to read) Not up to date with their computer system at all. You have to either call or request online for reservations. Very inefficient system!! Also they never offered a good sams discount...I didnt even know about it until after the fact. I really dont recommend this campground

Liberty Lake RV Park is the 73rd stop for us – we stayed one week but did not use the facilities. Only 15 miles east of down town Spokane and a similar distance to Coeur d’Alene and very convenient to I-90 but little road noise. When checking in, the host was pleasant and efficient. As other reviewers noted, you do sign a lot of papers stating your adherence to their rules – I actually appreciate this given other experiences in the past. The entire property has a great look opening in 2019 with... Read More

As other reviewers noted, you do sign a lot of papers stating your adherence to their rules – I actually appreciate this given other experiences in the past. The entire property has a great look opening in 2019 with large level concrete pads, a patio and picnic table. The grassy areas in between the majority of the pads are good-sized and lush contrary to other reviews. The roads are asphalt and are wide enough for almost any rig to maneuver. The park is dog friendly and has a dog station almost on every corner but the highlight is the dog park – one of the largest and nicest rv dog parks we have run across on our travel. The only downsides were the very high cost for laundry with basic machines, the overall cost of the park is a bit high compared to other stays in similar places and the cable tv was very fuzzy. The WiFi was pretty decent but experienced a couple of outages each day. Connectivity: WiFi 6.0 down/1.0 up T-Mobile 142.0 down/6.22 up Verizon 36.4 down/9.8 up. Would rate the park a 4.7.

Stayed for over a week in July 2021. This is a newer park in good condition. The landscaping still needs more time to mature. Dog park is huge. Almost too big for a small dog, hard to get to the far edge to clean up after the dog. Our site was a large pull through. Plenty of room to park our towed vehicle. Price seems a little high for the plain park, but not a lot of choices for RV parks in the area.
