Not sure why the restrooms got a 9.5, but they should have gotten a 10! They are new, clean, and large. The only downfall could be that they are timed, 7 minutes, then you have to wait 5 minutes to restart. Not an issue for me, 7 minutes was long enough to shower and wash my hair. The park itself is gravel and small, but well-kept. It is on a fairly well-traveled road, but we were in a space right next to the road and in the evening it was extremely quiet. It is centrally located to Capitol Reef and Fish Lake. I would definitely stay at this park when in the area!

This is a newer park in a convenient location to Capital Reef, Fishlake National Forest, and Fruita. The park has all the necessities ( laundry, restrooms, showers, and full hook ups, WiFi) but doesn't have many other amenities. The showers are on timers, but there is no additional charge for them. We liked the park because of the location and Loa had a very nice grocery store and a nice restaurant. The park is small and quiet. The sites were long, but somewhat narrow. The park was all... The park was all gravel with no patios. My only concern was there was a dog off leash while we were there. It regularly took care of business right in front of the bathrooms, so tread carefully. It seemed to belong to someone in the park as it was there frequently and often went to the trailer near highway. The person that checked us in apparently lives off site but nearby. It might be better to have a camp host on site to address the stray animals. Otherwise, there were no problems.
