Extremely nice RV Park. Large concrete sites, fire pits and picnic tables. Our side had a gas fire pit. Wide Paved roads. Office staff very friendly and helpful. Grounds were well kept and clean. We were there with a large RV group and the RV Park has large meeting rooms that accommodated our group. Wifi was average, cable TV had lot so channels. Easy to get into and out of with quick access to the Sevierville, Pigeon Forge main street, restaurants and shopping. In past, we have stayed... Read More

This place is great, everyone in staff was great and friendly. I stayed in spot 57 and loved it, whole place is pet friendly that made RVing with 2 dogs great, has a large dog run. They where working on spots around pond when I was there and even with that going on they worked to keep everything enjoyable with noise. Planning another trip here in June hopefully spots around pond will be done, I don't think you can book a bad spot in this park
This is an awesome facility that looks brand new with level paved lots some with fire chimneys but all had fire pits. It is worth it's 5 star rating. Stayed in January so we didn't swim but there were plenty other things to do you saw kids out riding their bikes and having a grand ole time doing other things as well. Strong fast internet throughout the entire park in fact the wireless access point was connected to our power box and it looks like they connected ones to every couple of spaces. Would... Read More

We've stayed here 4 different times and have enjoyed it every time. Large sites and paved roads.
We stayed for two nights with another family on adjacent sites. The entire group loved our stay and are already looking to return. The staff called us ahead of time and we checked in over the phone. From the booking process throughout our stay, the staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. We stayed on sites 15 & 16 our children enjoyed playing on the grassy area in the back. They also enjoyed playing on the large basketball court. The resort is currently expanding. One section... Read More

They also enjoyed playing on the large basketball court. The resort is currently expanding. One section opened as we arrived and phase three sounds amazing. The only drawback we saw was the playground. While our older children enjoyed it, it would have been nice to have some features for our younger children.

We stayed three nights in a "Tiny House" while visiting friends who were there in a motorhome. It was a truly terrific experience. The tiny homes are perfect for two people with all the amenities of a cabin or motorhome. It was clean, comfortable and the furnishings and appliances were first class. We would definitely return for a longer stay even if we were not visiting friends. It was so much better than a motel or condo.
