Outstanding RV Resort! Owners and Management know how to set up a park and treat their guests. The cleanest facilities we've encountered during our new adventures as full timers. Tammy is super nice and extremely helpful and will do her best to accommodate your needs. A must stay if you are traveling through the area!
Nice, clean RV park. All sites have water, 20-30-50 amp electric and sewer hookups. Sites are close, but not over-crowded. Very quiet and very well-maintained. Sites are gravel and pretty level, with some grass along the edges (It looks like some of the grass is recently planted, and is sparse in spots as of this writing). Each site has a concrete patio & a picnic table. Neither wood fires nor charcoal fires are permitted. Bathhouse is immaculate and laundry room is pristine. Both have security... Read More

Bathhouse is immaculate and laundry room is pristine. Both have security keypads on the doors.
Park staff is friendly, helpful, and hospitable you just can't ask for better folks! The facility is gated except during office hours, with yet another security keypad.
There is a fenced dog park at the back of the property, where pups can be off-leash, but there is no grass or foliage of any kind. It is part gravel and part dirt.
There is very little shade anywhere within the facility. The only shade comes from the trees & shrubs around the park perimeter.
We do plan to return to Basin RV Park next time we are in the Temple/Belton area!
