New park, most expensive in the area. Other than location not much to offer. Small pool however a large one is being built. Sites are gravel, it had rained so it was muddy. Just placed trees so it will be a long time before this very hot Texas park has any shade. Restrooms and showers are cleaning and new BUT they are closed from 8pm to 9 am. Facilities are apart of what you are paying for so they should be available for when you decide you need them and not the parks. Would not recommend, will... Read More

Took my nieces and nephew here during the week. Unfortunately it was 107 degrees the first day so we were a little parched. The RV park is brand new and fabulous. Loved the pool with in water lounging and deeper area too. There was a great playground and gathering area too. The store was well equipped. The site had great hook ups, picnic table and fire ring. I LOVED the location - directly across the street from the Dinosaur World. There was a convenient trail leading from the RV park to... Read More

I LOVED the location - directly across the street from the Dinosaur World. There was a convenient trail leading from the RV park to the Dinosaur Valley state park. Not a long walk at all. There was also a nice trail that led straight to the river. It was perfect. The service was excellent. I had a problem with my RV when I first hooked up. The owner came and helped me troubleshoot and got me in contact with 2 mobile RV repair shops. The only negative (for the kids) was the WiFi wasn't up and running yet. They had to manage being off the grid. I was totally fine with it. My cell service is with TMobile and I had satisfactory service. I would definitely recommend this park. And I hope to return...in a cooler month next time.
