Very nice RV Park , Host was very nice Laundry was very clean. Pros: Restrooms, Laundry, park very clean, very quite , horse show pits, and more, very nice common area ( puzzles and a TV for viewing local shows) CONS: does sit near a train track ( was there 2-1/2 days and only heard 2 trains) also the common area (near the office and Restrooms/showers) was very hot during the afternoon and evening I would stay here again

Super clean park. Spaces were level and wide. Did have pull-through sites. We had a back-in and it was perfect. Lots of space to get around! Nice patches of grass on every site. Well marked sites. Clubhouse, laundry, and restrooms were incredibly clean. Everything looks NEW! Staff was very, very nice and super accommodating. Check-in was super easy. Check-out was great. We were running behind on time and they were very forgiving to let us check out when we needed to. We super appreciated it. Best... Read More

Everything is fenced in and very secure. If we were to ever own or build an RV park, this would be our model. Great place. We will definitely be staying here again! Love, love, loved it! Only 35 minutes from Great Sand Dunes National Park -- and that place was awesome too! We camped at Cool Sunshine RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Top of the line place, very nice and designed well. Security is also top notch. It's newer so the trees don't provide much shade but evenings at the picnic table are shaded and you have grass!!!

Newer RV Park with spacious lots and perfectly designed layout so that when the sun goes down, everyone has shade on their picnic table side. GRASS! Having grass around Colorado Springs/Alamosa area is hard to find. Very clean place and well upkept faclilities. Being a new park - the bathroooms smelled so nice (no mildew smell). We had a pull through site but we would have taken a standard site as well. Small area to let dogs off leash in a fenced in pin/area - nice touch! They even had outdoor... Read More

We had a pull through site but we would have taken a standard site as well. Small area to let dogs off leash in a fenced in pin/area - nice touch! They even had outdoor games like putt putt, giant checker board, and a ball pit game. Nicely covered patio to lounge outside with comfy swivel chairs and the gated fence around the whole park which made us feel very safe and without worry. Customer service was fantastic and the desk ladies were so sweet. We would definitely stay again, Happy July 4th!

Found this RV Park during research for our trip to Antonito, CO for the Toltec & Cumbres narrow gauge railroad. This was the nicest RV park within 30 miles of the train, easy to get in and out from Hwy 285, level pull thru sites, and very secure campground. Requires a personal code to get in after 7PM. Great little league ballpark across the street to run our dog...on real grass! Good places to eat close by, and it's a college town so Starbuck's is two blocks away. Would definitely stay here...
